Arctic Circle — Restaurant in Santaquin

"I can't serve ice cream, only shakes" As I repeated my order for the 4th time, I was informed by the drive thru worker that she could not serve ice cream, only shakes.

As I pull forward I could see thru the window, the lady with the headset making a very large ice cream cone for the car behind me. 🤔

I'm greeted with a card reader being shoved in my direction by a nameless arm, attached to a silent body. (Greetings are out, noted)

As I receive my order and starting to pull away, I'm flagged down and told to wait, as in my brown bag of goodness lies the wrong bacon burger.

But what does it mean? Was it just a formality, letting me know that my order is going to be wrong, but I should enjoy it anyways? Are they holding the correct burger ransom? What am I suppose to do?

Politely, I inquire, "Can I get a replacement then?"

To which the answer finally greets me, "Yes, I just need the burger you have back first."

It seemed odd, I always assumed once food leaves the kitchen, that it doesn't return to be served to the next person, but I'm just a technician, I don't know the inner workings of such places. I kindly returned the burger in question to its rightful owners, wondering if, perhaps, my correct burger had first Inspected the inside of somebody else's vehicle before gracing my own...

All in all, good food, I just think the teenagers need a bit more supervision...

I normally love arctic circle I hadn't been to this one yet and decided to take my kids to it for the first time really disappointed I was being told that some of their food doesn't come with drinks so I opted to just go get me and my kids drink from a gas station so I didn't pay so much I paid almost fourty dollars for three meals I ordered extra ranch and we didn't get any it took quite awhile for are food when we got home my one kiddo didn't get all the chicken tenders they were supposed to in there meal I just opened my food up and I got a mushroom and swiss the burger is cold there is only one single mushroom on it and the lettuce is brown and we barely got any fry's with are food they also wanted me to purchase a bigger burger patty which isn't an option for this burger I will not be taking my family here again unless the service all...

I agree with some of the other customers, I went in one night an hour before closing they told me they weren't serving food just ice cream. So I figured i would give them another chance. I went through the drive up window the lady in front of me ordered 4 shakes and it took the 15 mins. to make the by the time I got my food it was super cold, not done right, i called to ket them know my frustration and their response is always come back and we'll fix it. It's like if I wanted to come back I wouldn't be calling you. I personally feel like they need better management and more traing or something, if they keep going the way their going they wont have customers and will be out...
