The manager ignores food safety. His big bushy red beard is not netted while preparing food. When I was served ice cold fries, the manager told the cashier he was going to reheat them. If you know health code, that is a huge no no. I insisted they needed to replace them, yet came out with attitude, and the 2 orders that were supposed to be spicy fries, were completely unseasoned. He gruffly grabbed the fries and walked away talking about how there were so many orders and people were waiting for their food. He was right, as the only dining room order that was yet to be filled, we were waiting for our food. When he came back, he had 2 orders of fries drowning in unreasonable amounts of seasonings. See photo. If you don’t mind, health code violations, and to be re-served somebody else’s food with attitude, go to iceberg! Everyone except the manager was kind and helpful. Update: After contact with iceberg, I believe the proper corrective actions are in the works. With a focus on food safety for all, the owner seems to understand how urgent it is to ensure all employees are properly trained to keep you safe. Thank you iceberg!

This is my first time at Iceberg, and I went through the drive-thru. The lady was helpful and took my order with no issues. My issue is the kid-size shake with cherries and almonds. I am unsure if the ice cream is suppose to be icey or suppose to be like a custard. It seemed like the cherry flavor was from a syrup with pieces of maraschino cherries. The almonds, costing $1.99, made me hesitant on the pricing. But oh my heavens. 60% or more of the shake was almonds. I feel like I had 3-4 daily servings of almonds in this shake. I didn't really feel like I got much of a shake from this item. Its more of a Blizzard or Concrete (Nielsens). But the amount of almonds in this "shake" probably equalled to $1.99 amount from the grocery store. It was my first time and its probably my last time going to an Iceberg. I will make the drive up to Nielsen's for a custard. The picture is about 1/6th of the shake where its mostly almonds and I couldn't finish it. I definetly received a large amount of almonds for the day.

I had an extremely stressful experience here today. I was in a big hurry so I called ahead when I was about 15 minutes out to ask if it would be faster to order online or go through the drive through. They said the drive through is probably faster so I didn’t order beforehand. When I arrived there were four cars in the line. That made me kinda nervous but I figured if the cars went through at a normal fast food drive through speed I’d still be okay for time (if I ran late, I’d waste $120 on tickets I’d already paid for) the cars went through pretty slowly compared to other drive through lines…I started to consider leaving even though I’d ordered already. But by the time I got to the window I figured if they can just get me my food quickly I’d still be okay. The girl at the window was polite and took my payment quickly, so off to a good start…then she closed the window and took the order of another car while filling our drinks. So those weren’t ready for another minute or two. She finally opened the window and gave us the drinks…then disappeared. She left the window station entirely without saying a word to me. We then had to sit there waiting for our paid-for food for almost TEN MINUTES. About 5-6 minutes into this wait (during which I was kinda freaking out because I knew I’d had to drive faster than I’m comfortable with to not be late at this point) I honked my horn. Not loudly and obnoxiously, just three short beeps to draw the attention of the cooks inside and gesture to them I really need to leave! They kinda ignored me, appearing to cook and fulfill orders for people inside the restaurant. A few minutes later, 8-9 minutes of waiting at the window at this point, I honked again- feeling really rude and not liking that-trying to tell them I NEED to LEAVE, with or without my food! One of them finally looked at me and nodded but looked a little irritated. Lemme just say here that any time I’ve had to wait more than a minute or two at a drive through window, the person at the window would ask me if I could wait before they took my payment. I was completely blown away at how long this was taking, even the cars in front of me of me had been given their food much faster than this even if it had been kinda slow compared to McDonald’s or chick fil a. Anyway, after almost ten minutes of sitting around with no one at the window and zero communication when they could tell I was upset, the girl finally reappeared and gave us our food, at which point I had to take it and zoom off. I was literally one single minute away from being late enough to waste $120 and had to drive uncomfortably fast the whole time to make it. So yeah…don’t come here unless you have a lot of time and a ton of patience. Should be called glacier instead of iceberg…. At least the...

Came in on Pioneer Day for shakes. There were many employees and only one girl I could see actually working. Employees were messing around, not helping, being unprofessional, touching their faces, and eating and drinking behind the counter and in food prep areas. No one had their hair properly back either. Some buddies of the girl at the counter came in after us, ordered food and icecream and got their order before ours (we only got three icecreams). The girl also just gave them a can of whipped topping which they proceeded to put their mouth on. Once we finally got our order one of our shakes wasn’t mixed. All the cone coating was a big block at the bottom, but didn’t notice until later. This place desperately needs some professional management. Replace the immature kids who do nothing and cross train those worth employing. I ran another local burger fry and shake place here in Santaquin more efficiently with only four employees. The trick is you actually have to work and work together. During our visit it wasn’t even very busy. Should have been easy enough to get the orders made and out in a reasonable time. My family loves Iceburg so it’s very disappointing the one closest to us gives us a poor experience every time we give it a chance. Recently visited the Pleasant Grove location and it was leagues better. Their nuts also seem to be better quality or at least stored properly so they taste good. I don’t think we’ll be spending anymore money at this Santaquin location for a long time. Implement some changes or your business isn’t going to last. Also would like to point out it costs more to have too many minimum wage employees doing nothing on the clock than a few great employees being paid more. Quality...

I've never left a negative review before, but the employees here are flippant and close early. We arrived at 9:45PM on a Friday night to get surprise shakes for our kids, as we are out-of-town guests who are / were long-term Iceberg fans (different location). Our kids got to the counter first and were apparently told that both ice cream and shakes were not available. When we parents got to the counter and kids relayed the message, employees quickly said that was a "joke" and that ice cream is available but the shakes are not since they shut down the machine. I understand that it was 15 minutes to closing and that employees want to clean and go home, but it's inexcusable to "joke" with kids who were eagerly looking forward to this treat. I also don't understand why the machine was turned off before closing, and I seriously wonder if they would have said that the shake machine actually was on if I pressed further, since the soft-serve machine magically started working in the time that it took us to get up to the counter. We left empty-handed, having to console our kids and wondering if this is standard operating procedure.

UPDATE 4/22/25 Finally made it back into town 1.5 year later and decided to try again. Shakes were great, staff was very friendly, and we were very impressed....
