I have been working with Sharp several years as a customer. Sharp has always had great service, very responsive and great customer engagement. Recently with COVID they have continued to come through for us. We had multiple high profile projects where we could not have gone live without printers. New cancer center and new clinic go lives where not having printers would have been a show stopper. They were able to strategically allocate their inventory to get us what we needed for each of our go lives and in time for us to do all the necessary preparations and programming before first patient.
