D-Luxe Dispensary — Local services in Sapulpa

First time customer, the lady didn't listen. Drove all the way there. Didn't get my 10% off. Yet when my husband went, he got his 10% on his first visit except they didn't label the bags so I have no idea what I/we even have. For my visit, I asked for a 1/2 of 2 strains. I get home and I have 1/4 of each strain. I ordered but my husband paid. He assumed I got my discount. No one even said or mentioned 1/4. There should have been zero reason to even think that's what it would be. Then my bags again are not even labeled properly. I had to weigh it to see what I had because it felt pretty short. The weed is cheap and they do have some descent strains. The dude Mason was talking with my husband and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. It's really annoying to drive somewhere on purpose to get my 10% new customer discount to not get my discount or what I actually ordered. I called and the guy said what do you want me to do, I said what can you do and he was like well nothing really LOL then he said you could have confirmed the order. i sure could have but I didn't know I had to do her job for her. It annoyed me more and I am sorry to the dude I wasn't nice to on the phone. It was probably the cool guy 😎 I will go back because whatever I smoked tasted good and the price was good. I wanted to share my amazing experience at D-Luxe Dispensary in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. I visited the dispensary in September for the first time, and my experience was beyond exceptional. The facility was clean, pleasing to the eye and located in a handy area. There was a vast selection of products and the customer service was excellent. A big THANK YOU to Allen, Libby, Aaron and Ashley!! They were able to answer every question with professionalism and courtesy. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about the products as well. After I finished my purchase, they allowed me to “spin the wheel”, which turned out to be awesome! I actually won a full ounce of ANY FLOWER on the shelf!!! Rather than pointing me toward the mediocre or moderate strains, they told me all about the best top-shelf flower in the store....and I walked out with an ounce of arguably the best product I have ever tried. These people are fantastic, and I HIGHLY recommend giving them a try. 5 stars and a high five to an excellent dispensary and awesome employees. I will continue to tell everyone I know!...

It's fancy-like Applebee's on a date night, cept the atmosphere is more like Red Lobster (snobby and pricey). Also, the majority of the staff consisted of people barely of legal age to work there, cept ONE, who was assigned the front desk/patient check-in, so her experience and knowledge and ability to relate to me (because she was about my age, and knows how life gets after 35) was stuck as a greeter, leaving only the teeny-bopper mentality type of employees remained. They appeared disconnected, phone attached to hand and face simultaneously, loud gum chewing/smacking, and would rather be anywhere but there attitude, is all I had to help me figure out what met my needs and wasn't breaking my wallet. I mean, I got some flower ("meh" quality...) and they gave me a sticker and water for free (yay), but unless there's a sale or bargain expressly for an item I'm specifically on need of, I probably won't go back. For all the fancy decorations and upper-class atmosphere attempts, it definitely lacked the hoopla they try to achieve and honestly, I was just...
