I had the most wonderful experience with this Ace hardware. After big snow I called around to other hardware stores and no one had snow shovels except for this Ace hardware I called to see what time they close they told me they were closing early but they would put one back for me I talked with Jonna and she was very helpful. I got to the store right as they were closing the doors were locked so I tapped on the glass I caught the employees attention and the girl held up three snow shovels and pointed at them asking if these were from me??? I shrink my head yes and I came and opened the door for me they actually had three different ones and let me choose which ones I wanted to purchase. We arrived at 5:45pm Sunday to grab some garden soil to finish my garden. There were 5 people standing at the front registers talking. I said I wanted to purchase some garden soil and the girl said, oh I think they have locked the gate. She got on her radio and talked for a moment before telling me I would have to come back the next day. I guess no one had enough energy to walk out the front door and unlock the gate. Instead they want the customer to come back on Monday during the work week when I don't have time to finish the garden before storms coming in. The worst customer service I've seen in sapulpa again! I'll never go back there again, they are just lazy. I would rather drive to jenks where they have always been helpful...

Westlake Hardware is like a Swiss Army Knife. They have a clean store, a little bit of about everything you may need for quick home repairs and projects. Most of the staff has knowledge of their area and products and don't run away from customers like at some large hardware stores. The only issues I've had are inconsistent personnel when getting Propane Tanks refilled. For some reason, some refuse to fill a 20lb tank with 20lbs of propane like they are designed to have, they want to stop at HALF full ,someplace around 14 lbs. This has happened several times.
