The worst attitude possible. I did a photo project at my local store (i live in California), I was going to ship it. My amazing photo tech advice me to save on shipping by just submitting the order to my brother's closest walgreens (tulsa). It sound it wonderful. She gave them a call to make sure they had the tools & kits. Even ask how the picture looks? They said it was good. We trusted them. Later to find out they couldn't find the order. :( My baby brother called me said two of girls gave him the worst attitude. Around 7pm 12/15/2023. I was so mad came back to my walgreens photo tech & explained to her what happen. She right away gave them a called. I could heard her said " what do you mean you don't have anyone in your photo department?" " let me speak with your shift lead . We had to resubmit it again. When I asked why they said it was never put in the computer. She said she could have it ready by 4:30. I told her I live 30 min away and I wouldn't be back this way. She said that there was nothing she could do. I leave and call my husband on my way home. He said we could drive up there to pick it up. So I called and made sure it would be ready by 4:30. I was told "oh yes! Absolutely!" we called at 4:30 when we 2 miles away. They said he was working on it. So by the time we waited in the drive thru it was 4:43 and they said he was still working on it. We did not get it until 4:56. Read moreTotally worthless Walgreens completely like they should have closed this one at 11 W. Taft and kept the 950 E. Taft location open that never had any issues!!! The 11 W. Taft use their Napoleon complex that is completely condoned by their corporate office to pick and choose what prescriptions they feel like "receiving" to fill and then it takes days to get filled if at all and they choose to take their precious time to waste on us customers they don't care about in the first place seemingly burdening them, they don't answer the phone, lines are almost always backed up out the door, someone's always yelling at them over messing up something with their prescriptions, pharmacists act holier than thou and it hasn't helped complaining to corporate any of the 20+ times or even getting a call back about the complaint is nonexistent.
