Bad experience! Jeff, whom i believe is the store mgr, along with the girl who worked that evening on 11/8/22 around 730pm, weren't the greatest. Tried to charge my dad $35 for a Sims card, but then came out and said it was $10. We Told them customer care informed us the card would be free bc it wasn't provided with his replacement and if they had issues to call customer care to verify. They refused to call them. The store mgr definitely doesn't care about the customers obviously. He argued with my dad for almost 20min before finally waiving the $10 charge, but im sure it's because they were about to close for the night. The district mgr in charge of this location needs to be informed of this nonsense. Very unhappy. Will definitely go to a different store...
Read moreT-Mobile is good. Been a customer since Voice Stream. This Sapulpa store is the worst. Inept, arrogant kids who aside from not having a clue, could care less about the customer. First time I went in I dealt with the manager and got a huge amount of attitude and rudeness. The second time was a snarky girl with real attitude problem. I was trying to do a warranty exchange and corporate had sent the new phone to the store so I could exchange. Corporate told me UPS had delivered the phone and I could go exchange mine. The store couldn't find the phone after looking for about 20 seconds even though UPS said it had been delivered. And although his company's computer system was having problems he stayed the course and had my old AT&T phone switched over to my new T-Mobile phone in no time at all. And though it had slipped my mind to consider protecting my new investment, he pucked out a phone case and glass protector that fit my style perfectly.
