Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Sapulpa

This is the second time in a week that I paid for a larger size than I received. The first time, I didn't catch it.

This time, when I pointed it out, they tried to claim it was right. I showed them the difference in the size of the cups that were both ordered large, hot drinks. They finally poured it in a larger cup and just added more milk, claiming it was made right to start with. They gave it back to me without putting the lid on tight, so it spilled a little. When I asked for napkins to clean up the mess, they acted like I was an inconvenience. And not one of the three drinks tasted right.

Previously, this was the best Dutch in the Tulsa area. I hope they get the new crew trained to better represent...

Went to get a refreshing drink and went to the outside lane as that would be the next in line. As the line was moving up another car came into the inside lane. One of the workers came out and started taking the orders and instead of zig zagging through the cars in order to ensure everyone stayed in the appropriate place, she went straight down the inside lane. This completely skipped us and would have us waiting even longer. If you are going to have a two lane system, your workers should abide by it. I would understand if she knew that the other car was there before us and wanted to be courteous to their time, but this wasn’t even the case. We were there well before the other car. We...

This coffee shop has road construction going on near it, so it was a bit difficult to figure out the way into the parking lot. You go back to a road behind the chicken restaurant next door and when you turn onto that road you'll see a roadblock. Go that direction to a very nice drive-thru and parking lot. The employees are very nice and helpful. Their service was quick and my drink was really good. They have normal prices for a coffee place. I will be going back, and I recommend Dutch Brothers coffee to those searching for a nice...
