Although this is a neat little store to visit (despite how expensive they are) and I’ve been pleased in the past....I wasn’t pleased with my recent experience. I purchased some candy (peanut butter bars) and the candy was either very old or had gotten moisture to it. It wasn’t even edible. I threw it in the trash. I contacted them in a private message to let them know they needed to check that particular candy. I was told “ thanks for letting them know and they’d check on it.” No “I’m sorry you received bad candy.” No “come in and we will get you something else.” The more I thought about it...I sent another message a few days later asking about getting something else. I was told to bring in the old candy “ had already said in my original message that i had trashed it.” I stated that and received no further response from them. The chamber is big on “shop in your hometown and support local business”.....maybe business needs to care a little more in their product freshness and customers. Just a word of advice....take a bite of that candy, popcorn, or fudge...

Response to GiGi Then you should of display a more accurate message in the window. Something like "We can only take exact cash amount at this time" Believe it or not I do carry extra one and five for just this kind of problem. I would of been happy to paid within a dollar. You might ask why this is done well if you pay by card the Credit Card machine charge the business anywhere from 3% to has high as 8% per transaction. So giving your cash customer a discount of less than 1% by rounding off the change you still come out way ahead and make everyone happy. I was in Natchitoches Louisiana and serve store did this during their Christmas event. Most hardcore cash customer are alway prepare for this situation. So next time please be more accurate and just know the people will help you out if informed of...

Ohhhh and let me tell you it was worth every mile I drove! They give out free samples of their popcorn!🍿 Let me tell you it tastes GREAT! I can not wait to go back to buy the 🍋Lemon Drizzle Popcorn! Once my daughter tried the Oreo Popcorn it was over! 😂🤣 She bought a small bag! Lol! They also have the pops originally from Japan, where the marble drops and then you drink the flavored carbonated water. We got 🍓 Strawberry flavor! We both really liked it! I didn't get a picture of the bottle though. If you're ever in Sapulpa I would definitely make a stop by Gi-Gi's! Right on the corner of Main and Dewey...
