I have no complaints. Fernando is very friendly and approachable. I purchased the Blackened Alligator PO' Boy and the Bayou fries. The PO' Boy was delectable. The alligator had the perfect amount of seasoning and the meat was tender. The lettuce was crispy and the tomatoes and pickles were fresh.

The Bayou fries are delicious, the chicken and sausage gumbo was great and the shrimp tops it off. The sideways under fries is a perfect fit for the gumbo as it grabs the meat and sauce with every bite.

Crab Daddy Po Boy #softshellcrab #poboy

Today, 04-11-2024, at 1135 AM, I ordered the Crab Daddy Po’Boy, on a buttered and toasted bun [no mayo or remoulade] and added gumbo. It was wonderful.

As mentioned before, you really cannot eat this po’boy with your hands [unless you wear a bib with drip pockets 🤣 for leftovers and lots of napkins].

They always make my order the way I like it without a problem. Really like doing business...

Stopped by today for lunch based on the reviews. I told the gentleman I wanted to order the blackened chicken poboy to share with my wife. He suggested we share the bread pudding as well.
