I brought in my wife's computer to get a screen replacement. On her particular model, this work was expensive everywhere else we contacted. One guy even quoted us $250 and very rudely told my wife "You won't get it anywhere cheaper than me!" Well, I checked with IT Medics of Oklahoma. My go-to guy, from now on. I am not a techy person, at all, and I was getting very aggravated with my laptop. I took it here and my laptop is running better than it EVER has. I felt very comfortable leaving my computer with him. He called me a couple times to verify a few things and always spoke in terms I understood (very much appreciated!!).
