If I could give this store zero stars I would. They sent an employee out to demand payment. The employee refused to leave my porch even after I paid online and he was so visibly angry that I felt uncomfortable opening my door. Fearing another interaction, I paid off the remainder of my agreement in full after he left. He proceeded to come back that same evening at 8:00 when it was dark out, and he came back with 3 other large men demanding I pay for the couches or they were coming in to take them. They demanded I show them a receipt and refused to leave and continued trying to intimidate me. If they had checked before they came out they would have seen I already paid in full for the set and had no further business with them, but that's not why they came out. They came out to cause trouble. When I reported the interaction to the store manager, he took no fault. The store should absolutely check to make sure a person actually owes money before sending their muscle men out to collect and they should definitely only do so during proper business hours. This is 2021, women have to be careful. This was a jarring experience and I would file charges if I could but the most I could do was put up a no trespassing sign and file a report, and make this post. Since this unfortunate and frightening interaction, I have not been contacted via phone or email from Rent a Center to make amends, even though all managers and higher ups were supposedly already notified by customer service. 0/10.

I paid my PlayStation off and they gave me a 100 dollar credit and told me I needed to use it that day. So I wanted a bedroom set and I told them what I wanted. It was in the store. The day I got my set I made my bed up and was excited about it. I was sitting side of bed that night and here crawls a bed bug next to my leg I grabbed it and put it in tissue and it was a bed bug. I couldn't call them until Monday cause they were closed the weekend. I was so mad! I got ate up for 2 nights cause I had threw my bed outside on my back porch. When I called them they blew me off saying here is a number you need to call Sedgewick company the go between. Talk to the lady one time and emailed her my bites and pictures of the bed bugs I encountered. I was told it I throw the bed out that me case would be no good. I kept it for a week or 2. Finally Terminex came out and said the bed had eggs on it and I called and had RTC come get it. They put it back in their store!!! I have been very patient through this whole ordeal but they sent me a letter and said they found no wrong doing on RTC part. Please selling bed bug infested furniture is a very big wrong doing!!! Everything started out fine. I paid my first couple of months on time no issues. Since then I had to change jobs and become a tip based more paycheck to paycheck job. I have 2 young boys under 5 so I have other things to pay. I have explained my circumstances many times and all Tracey does is say I can't keep having a grace period. As much as I know there are due dates I make sure my full balance is paid usually within 3 days of the original date. If it's ever longer I let them know. I'm am over half way done with my arrangements and I pay all the fees plus late fees without any problem. It's just frustrating and every time I have to talk to them about.I'm going to be a little behind it turned into a stressful situation. They are the only people that give me this hard of a time with my living and payment situation. Maybe this is all my fault for not foreseeing this financial situation when I first started my arrangment. But nonetheless I won't get anything from here again after I'm done with my items I have now.. if I wasn't over halfway done already I would just have them...
