Taco Bell in Sapulpa has some of the rudest crew and not at me, the customer, but to their own. We went in to eat and the nice girl with blonde hair and awesome looking tattoos took my order and was super nice and friendly. When I got my food they gave me the wrong order. No big deal. I bring it to her attention and she goes to fix it. She tells the line person about it. Then goes back to work on her lobby. (Side note: It's hot as Hades in the store. I ask her about it and she says the A/C is broke. During an extremely hot day. Wow.) Anyways I'm standing waiting for my order. She sees this and asks the line person if they were working on my order. He yells at her "No we are doing the Doordash order first". The other line person calls this guy out on that and says to fix mine. (Which he doesn't) He then leaves his station, in a rush as drive thru is packed and wrapped around the building, to argue with this other girl. He then yells how he got it right and me and the front counter girl were wrong and look at the screen look I'm right etc. (Very unprofessional and loud). He then makes disparaging remarks I couldn't totally hear (as his coworker says not to say stuff like that with a customer present) but it's obvious with his pointing he is talking about the front counter girl. The other line has to make my order and that line leader apologizes I point to the other guy and she says I'm sorry it's ok. So I go to sit and eat. This poor girl is trying to mop and clean her lobby, which for a fast food restaurant is already pretty clean. The other line leader who made my order asks her what is she doing? This poor girl says what "he told me to do" and says she was told to mop up front. She is told she is wrong, nicely, and to mop somewhere else. She puts her mop in her bucket and goes to the bathroom. I know she is crying at this point just from listening to her talk and her eyes are full of tears. So I clean off my table and we throw all of out trash away as I'm not leaving her a mess. I take out the last of my cash (literally $2) and leave it for her. If I would have had more I would have left it. I wait till she gets out and I ask her if she can accept tips (cause not many places can in fast food) and tell her that I was in her shoes once, it's not easy, but keep her head up and I know it's not much but it's all I had. I felt really bad for her. She was broke down and honestly I wouldn't be suprised or blame her if she quit. :( All these places griping cause they can't hire anyone I get it. But dang try and take care of the ones that show up and at least try, especially these days (like fix your AC when it's a heat index of 110+ outside and punish those who are obviously...
Read moreEDIT: I unfortunately have to change my review. We have had a few less than satisfactory visits recently. Our most recent trip was at 9:00 pm through the drive through. This process was over half an hour from when we ordered to when we received our food. 20 minutes to the window and 10 at the window. We were told via the app that the drive through was the only option available and saw no one ordering in the lobby, however, our 4 tacos and 2 sides of rice/beans took at least 10 minutes to make as we were their only customers they helped from the time we got to the window to the time that we got our food. My wife also wanted to try a cantina Taco but it had a soggy/broken Taco shell and had to eat the whole thing with a fork. No plasticware provided for the rice/beans so we used our own. Wife also ordered a spicy potato Taco and had what seemed to be a small piece of wet paper towel in her Taco. As for my food, it turned out well and I didn't seem to have any issues myself, which is what is keeping this at a 2 star review. It wasn't entirely bad, aside from my food not taking too bad the cashier did apologize for the wait. I've always enjoyed Taco bell and no, I'm not expecting a 5 star meal from every visit. I'm also attempting to genuinely provide constructive criticism. Small tweaks are all it takes to get back on the right track. My wife and I enjoy trying restaurants that range from "fancy" to fast food. This location blew me away a few years ago in a way that fast food restaurants aren't supposed to. It would be great to see that again someday!

Read moreComplete Morans. Worst store ever !!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & GAS GOING TO THIS LOCATION. Went to this location on a delivery app pick up order. Had a double pick up order. Window guy decides to tell me they only have one of the orders ready & wants me to drive back around and sit in another 20 min line because he can’t leave the store since there’s only two of them. Line was wrapped around the building. He said if I don’t like it I can go deliver that first order then come back wait in line again an it should be ready to pick up by then. I was like that’s fine just give me the first order then. He’s like here hope you’re having fun with your job. Hope you’re liking it.. So I proceed to deliver that item then come back just to wait in that line again for window guy to tell me they don’t have any delivery app orders on the screen they only have 2. I was like okay so where did it go then ? I’m back. You told me to come back & now that I’m back you’re telling me there’s no order you don’t know what happened to it.. that’s your job to figure out what happened. Then tells me I need to leave because I’m trespassing. 😂😂😂 as well as him calling the cops. Then when the cops come all of a sudden he has no clue he never told me anything....
