Leaving a bad review for anyone is the last thing I wanted to do. This is honestly just a last ditch effort to get someone from Premier Wireless to contact us.
We came in and set up a business account and after talking through different plans, we settled on the one that we felt was the best fit for our company. Everything went smooth and worked great until we received our first bill. Our first bill was over twice the amount it was supposed to be. We took all the documentation in several times over the next three weeks, showing what the local manager had quoted us. It honestly could have been horrible timing on our part, but we never could get anyone in store to help us. To avoid service interruption, we paid the bill in full that was twice as much and have been back several times and still cannot get a face-to-face with anyone who can fix this. Talking with US cellular customer service they can’t see what she had quoted and and they say it has to be taken care of locally. After several more attempts this week and last week we are stuck with another bill that is twice the amount with zero communication from anyone at the local Premier Wireless. The lady on the phone today said the local manager is the only number she had and could not help me any further. Twice she put me on hold and never came back.
We had great luck with US cellular in the past and have been with them for many many years. I would switch carriers just to not have to deal with Premier Wireless anymore.
If anyone at Premier Wireless sees this, your local manager has my cell phone number and you can reach out to me directly.

Read moreAbsolutely terrible. Bought a note 9 and they talked me into a $100 pile of junk for a case and ventev screen protector. Supposed to be lifetime warranty. Well they both broke in less than a week. You only get one replacement regardless of issue(like the screen protector which fell of in 15 minutes) and delivery takes 3-4 weeks. Furthermore U.S. Cellular has a return policy that if you don't like it for any reason...."if it isn't right for you" is how they state it. But was denied because they were doing a sales associate bonus for accessories sold and it was broken and wouldn't be able to restock it. So if I don't like it they return but if it fails day 1 your out of luck.
Update: U.S. Cellular has taken the $100 off my cellular bill so now I can get a real case and protector. This particular store however...
Read moreEvery time I’ve ever come to one of their stores for help, they’ve never been able to help! What is the point of having a store front? This company is a joke and everything is a hassle. So we left and went straight to T-mobile! Where we were helped right away, super fast, no hassle, we switched our service and it’s cheaper! So save yourself some time (& money) and go with T-Mobile or another company BESIDES US cellular!! Ha, never again. They must not value their customers or care wether...
