Burgers N More — Restaurant in Sapulpa

I'm very unsure how to feel about this post. Yesterday we called in an order to pick up through drive-thru. And when we got there Debbie was the one helping us. Behind Debbie right by the food line there is a young girl who has gloves on sticking her hands in a pickle jar bucket trying to grab all the pickles and refill her container for the backline. Well, evidently she left some at the bottom of the bucket so " Debbie" sticks her hand in there almost elbow deep and grab the rest of the pickles and throws them in her container for her. Well, what do you know and the next minute or two I get my order. So the first thing I asked her was why did you not have gloves on when you were sticking your hand in that pickle bucket. At first she try to lie and say she didn't. Then the only thing she said was " I washed my hands before" which she did not! Because she went from handling my payment immediately to sticking her hand in that bucket. We went back and forth a few times at the window. About how she had no business sticking her hand in there. And she would continuously tell me the girl couldn't get it all so she helped. I'm sorry, but I think that is disgusting. I'm just really happy that we only had one burger with Pickles in it because I did not know what to do with that point. We went home and took the pickles off my husband's Burger. Because he did not want to have to get it remade and worried about what was going to happen at that point. I appreciate that the food was hot and everything was correct. I just don't appreciate that they do not care about the safety, health or even the concern of others.....

I ordered a small taco salad. I specifically asked does it come with sour cream and salsa? I was told yes. When my food came I thought they forgot the sour cream but that was informed they do not have sour cream. I was very disappointed that I would have to take the meal home to put sour cream on it and not eat with the person I came with.., plus gave it be cold. The serving was in a small French fry tray. I started thinking about how much the bill was and asked for the receipt. She charged me for 2 taco salads. I paid cash and she gave me $5.00 back. No sales tax. She did give it once I asked, seeming to be irritated. They have a sign that is on the register that there is a 3.5% cash discount. I did not get that either. When I got home to eat it, I found that it was on a few tortilla chips and it appeared to be chili on it. This was my second time there and there were problems last time too. On a positive note, their onion rings are expensive...

I had the daily lunch special. A "jumbo" burger with fries. The bun has good flavor and was fluffy. They were generous with the lettuce and onions. The mustard was present, but not over powering. The meat patty, left much to be desired. While the favor was fairly good, it was very thin and definitely out-flavored by the fixings The fries were soggy, bland, and left you wondering what the point to getting them was. However, I will give their onion rings, 5 stars! They were perfect! In conclusion, for $11.67(the soft drink prices are crazy high!) I feel like it was very over priced for what they sell. $8.37 for the burger and fries $1.96 for a small(10 ozs) It's ok, but nothing the spread...
