At first, my experience was pleasant. Then, the lies became apparent. I was quoted by Kris, whom I assume is the store manager, $398/mo. I specifically asked him if that includes my phone installments and insurance. Which he confirmed. "That is everything included."
That was 12/14. In the 3 months since then, I have been charged $1845.36. Which is an additional $651.36 in 3 months. Making it $217.12 More per month than I was quoted. Idk if it's ATT as a whole, or just the slime bag that got me to cancel my contract with verizon... but stay away from this criminal store.
Dishonest, untrustworthy, price gouging, bait and switch, hidden fees.
By the way it also took a week for them to be able to port over our numbers because he screwed something up, so only one line moved, and I had 2 phone bills to pay for that week, fun times.
