Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Saraland

Not the restaurant in any form or fashion! FACTS!!) I ordered online 30 minutes before closing. Arrived at 5-10 minutes before closing. Drove past the pick up window because it appeared to have a 2nd window ahead of it and there was no one at this window anyway. Saw a vehicle in front of me which appeared to be waiting at a window. There was no 2nd window. The angle of the car was deceiving but it was running with someone in it. I passed it and saw there was no way out but to go into a parking lot behind them and turn around, so I did and parked near the window. Knocked 3 seperate times, no response. Went to the front door, where I saw the cashier sitting and playing with her phone. Got her attention, she appeared to be going to the window but when I walked back around she was not there. Saw a sliver of her sitting in the same place! Knocked on the window again! Manager peeks out from the kitchen and signals 1 minute with her finger. Comes to the window asked could she help me. Told her I had an order, she said they didn't have any orders. I asked if this was 324, whatever the address # was, then said I got an email confirmation. Showed it to her, she looked and said, "Let me see what I've got!" She had already asked the cashier if she had an order, she says no. Brings me a pizza and bread sticks from the warmer. Didn't order bread! Asked what it was, told me, looked at the order again, took the bread back, and brought my other pizza out! Didn't have my order but happened to have the exact 2 pizzas I ordered, 5 minutes before closing, sitting in the warmer!?!? What are the odds!?! So needless to say, they weren't the freshest I've had. Didn't appreciate the sour, disappointed looking attitude I received (probably because I showed up to actually get the food I pre paid for!!), the game playing by hiding and hoping I'd just go away, it was night time with very poorly lit back area to turn around so you could exit, didn't appear very clean anywhere outside!! Just not the best, friendliest experience I've ever had! Don't think I'll be going back there at all... Maybe for some day time pics. Just didn't have that very "happy" feeling you usually have when you're picking up food!! Put this review off for a week and 3 days so I wouldn't sound too harsh and angry!! (BTW, it seems I'm not the only 1 who noticed the lack of good customer service! How are they staying open at this location!?!?) Come to think about it, I didn't hardly smell fresh, hot, steamy pizza the whole way home... as it sat on the seat right next to me! Actually have 3 stars up there, I need to drop a couple now that I've typed all this out and kinda relived this aweful experience! This place needs serious help they can't even get there prices right. For several past trips I have pretty much ordered that same pizza paying the same price and tonight I got quoted a different price and while bringing it to the managers attention got a lecture on what he should do and then quoted me and even higher price. I had to threaten to go to corporate to get my price. Then they tried to give me the wrong size pizza for the price of the one I ordered. Edit I just got home and those people simply switched boxes and still have me the smaller pizza. I will not go back here again for a while. I would rather drive a little extra farther than come here for this major confusion. Upper management needs to really visit this place.

Update: I have now decided I will not return to this location and drive the extra few mins to find a better store. I gave this store a chance and for the third and final time they charged me a different price again for the exact same pizza. So within a span of 2 weeks the have charged me three different prices for the exact same pizza. Do not go here if you like to special order because it is a pure nightmare. Such a shame a nice store is ruined by staff that...

Got some bread sticks and i asked for the sauce man said i had to pay for the sauce its extra ... Since when u got to pay for sauce when u bought bread sticks not to mention why dont you spend the money on some gloves for girl in the back making pizza with her bare hands and eating food will not be back dont know were her hands been before touching my pizza bare hand smh teach ur employees to wear gloves and be clean were is the health department in this store and why are they still open they never have pizzas made I thought this was a hot and ready kinda thing not waiting for 1 hour for my order that was sloppy and not cooked all the way. Sounds like they need better manager in this store better yet I work as a shift lead and I'm sure I can run this store better and cleaner and actually make customers want to come back for more than that man that was there talking bout his rules for the sauce not to mention IV heard bad things bout the manager with the employees idk who owns this store but would gladly speak to them. Might just make a call in this store ....
