This is the worst place in the world to purchase furniture at. This is the one in Saraland Alabama . I’ve had problems with them day one. I would not recommend anyone to purchase anything from them not even a chair. Today is Tuesday they’re closed on Wednesday I have been calling them and left messages for someone to call me back no one has called me back. Now I can’t get any help till Thursday my bed has been broken for almost 2 weeks they supposed to have ordered rails for it so happened someone called me to remind me to make a payment and I asked have the rails came in she said yes. I was wondering was anybody going to call me and let me know I would not known if someone had not call to remind me of a payment is due. Also my dresser won’t close I asked her about my the dresser they supposed to have ordered for me and she acted like they don’t know what I’m talking about everybody keep saying I’ll call you back the gentleman’s came in took pictures of the dresser and everything and stated they would let the manager know about it so they could order another because you could not fix it now I’m getting upset no one called me about that either little they know they won’t get a payment from me until my bed is fixed and I have a new dresser I guess they don’t care but if I don’t get any results Thursday the news people will be here taking pictures and airing it...

I need a General Manager to call me or respond to this post! I have been Calling Cindy for over 2 years to replace my children's mattresses that I have a 5 year warranty on!! This is absolutely ridiculous!! Next step will be contacting the BBB to file a complaint! Seek a discrimination lawyer and contact the local news outlet!! I paid cash for 3 sets of mattresses and CANNOT get a RESOLUTION!!

Update 02/26/2024 Customer Service has emailed me and I have not yet received a reply to resolve this complaint I will begin to move forward with a course of actions as mentioned up above.

Update 02/28/2024 Ron the manager came out to inspect the mattress set and implied that my 6'2 and 6'3 children had to be jumping up and down on the beds....How? With my 7.3ft ceilings

Update 03/11/2024 I called Ron to check the status of the bed replacements, Ron stated the photos that he took are still being reviewed and will call me Wednesday 03/13/2024 when a determination has been made.

Have bought things from Farmers Home Furniture in the past, but since my daughter & I were looking for a recliner, we thought about the Lazy Boy store. Just thought I'd check while passing Farmer's & met my salesperson, Doris. She showed me several types of recliners in varied price ranges. I found one , but told her I needed my daughter to come look. Later, my daughter, her friend, & I came back. They tried out several more & the price was very good!!
