They are ok until you need a controlled substance medication filled then they act like you are some druggy looking for a fix, I've used this pharmacy for years without an issue, my daughter was prescribed a medication recently that's under controlled substance class and it's been 7 days and it's still not filled. First there was an issue with the insurance. Fine. Took 5 days to get that fixed apparently. Then all of a sudden they didn't have the medication and it had to be ordered, it was supposed to be ready the next day. Today went to pick up at lunchtime, and now it won't be ready until after 2pm. They don't seem to put their customers first anymore. I'm changing my family over to a locally owned pharmacy where they actually understand customer service and when you ask a question they are happy to answer instead of speaking to you like you are beneath them. Usually I would always leave positive reviews for every business because I understand working in customer service is stressful but she was soooooo rude and disrespectful it is embarassing! She had an atitude for no reason and snapped me up! I was in shock because I didn't even understand! My doctor will send in a prescription and I'll go in after work to pick it up only to be told that it wasn't filled because they didn't release it from whatever hold the insurance put on it, something they told me that was easy to fix, only I had to wait longer for it to be filled. Then, I get a notification that they are out of stock, so when I call and ask about a generic, they tell me to have the Dr call it in, so I do. When I go to pick it up, opps, we have oops, release from insurance hold, it will be about 15 minutes, so you rent to wait? Yes please. 20 minutes later I get a text that the generic is out of stock. They could've let me know when I called or when was told I could wait. It's getting so ridiculous! They need to communicate with their customers. We will be transferring our medicines...
