DO NOT ORDER ONLINE from THIS STORE! Save yourself the headache, and just order from Amazon! Management team is terrible at this location not only Alex! My wife and I drove 45 minutes to this store to pick up 3 items that we purchased online. We brought the three items up to the customer service desk and told them these were the items that we purchased online. They told us that “we could not take items now because there is a store pick up processing time and it could take up to two hours” The lady that told us this also said she would put our names on them and let them know we already put them at the front desk so they wouldn’t have to pick them when our items were called to be picked. So we said that’s fine and we walked around the outdoor shopping center in the area and two hours later we returned to pick up the items. Only wishing it was that easy the lady at the customer service desk that told us she would tell them that we already got the items off the shelf didn’t communicate that to the other employees so they mark the items as NOT IN STOCK. So the manager told us that since the items are marked, not in stock, we would have to wait for the money to process back in our account and we would have to purchase them again after that happens, “but he would put a 24 hour hold on the products for us to come back to the store and purchase them again! “ (thanks but no thanks mr. manager helper) In addition to now knowing their employees lie about their actual job titles. The moral of the story is obviously don’t try to pull your own products off the shelf or they will make you learn a hard lesson for it (lesson learned) but at the same time, even if the employees make a mistake on not communicating with the other employees. Let this also be a lesson learned that the “management” can not and will not be the solution to help you they will just repeat how they...
Read moreI’m disappointed in the service I’ve received from Target’s Guest Services. While most of the in-store staff are kind and helpful in person, the experience over the phone has repeatedly fallen short. This is the third time in the past year that I’ve called for a simple inquiry, and each time has left me frustrated.
Most recently, I called with a concern about my pickup order due to a family emergency. My order was set to be canceled the next day, and I fully acknowledged that the delay was on me. Still, I was hoping to speak to someone for guidance. The person who answered said something I couldn’t quite understand and then seemed to place me on hold without explanation. I heard random tones in the background, which left me unsure of what was happening. When she returned, she was dismissive and told me there was nothing she could do and that she couldn’t extend the order.
I remained polite, accepted responsibility, and assumed it would be canceled—until I looked into it myself and found that customers can extend their pickup window through Target’s website (using a browser, not the app). Thanks to my own research, I was able to prevent the cancellation. It would’ve been helpful—and frankly expected—for a Guest Services team member to provide this information.
It’s frustrating when customers are left to figure out solutions on their own. Better training in customer service, product knowledge, and communication would go a long way. Honestly, I could have avoided the hassle entirely by ordering...
Read moreI had an extremely frustrating experience at this Target location, and I feel compelled to share how inconvenient and poorly managed their inventory is—especially when it comes to their so-called “Auto” section.
I recently experienced a vehicle breakdown and, like many others would, I turned to Target for a quick and convenient solution. After all, Target is known for being a one-stop shop, right? Well, not this one! Despite having an Auto section, this store doesn’t stock even the most basic car essentials. No car fresheners, no car accessories, and absolutely NO auto parts whatsoever. So why even have an Auto section? It’s misleading and a complete waste of space.
The whole point of a store like Target is to provide convenience, and when I actually needed that convenience, this location completely failed me. If management can’t even ensure that proper inventory is stocked—especially for a section that’s supposed to cater to a specific need—then they’re failing at customer service. It’s incredibly frustrating to walk into a store expecting to find something as simple as a jumper cable, a tire inflator, or even windshield washer fluid, only to realize that this location doesn’t carry any of it.
Target needs to do better. Either stock the Auto section properly or don’t have one at all. This was a huge inconvenience, and I won’t be relying on this location for anything...
