Stopped by Home Depot today, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Levitt, who provided exceptional service from start to finish. As soon as I walked into the aisle, he approached me with a friendly demeanor and asked if I needed any assistance. A gesture I genuinely appreciated.

I explained that I was looking for a nail gun, mentioning the brand I had in mind and that I planned to use it for some upcoming shelf and baseboard projects. Luvett listened carefully, asked a few thoughtful questions to ensure I got exactly what I needed, and then got to work. He diligently searched for the right model, cross-checked inventory, and found it without any hassle.

Once he had the nail gun in hand, he didn’t just point me toward the checkout line and send me on my way. Instead, he personally walked me to the cashier, ensured everything went smoothly, and even took a moment to wish me luck with my project. That level of customer care is rare these days, and I left the store feeling genuinely valued as a customer.

It's ok. I guess. But compared to other hole depot's ice been to, this location is a little bit sleepy for lack of a better word. It could use some minor improvements such as employees who actually have knowledge in the department they're working in. I can't tell you how many times I've asked an employee a question and couldn't get a correct answer. It's very frustrating to spend time trying to get help from people that work there and being given the run around. Do you test the employees as part of the hiring process? Do you offer employee training for those who lack the basic knowledge of home improvement,? If not, big mistake. I mean, the questions I had were just product location and I couldn't even get the right answer without having to go through atleast 2-3 employees Everytime. Definitely not the way the owners or founder envisioned Home Depot employees to...

Yup it's not because they didn't have what needed, it's because they did not help me load roofing materials very very heavy then the same two guys that watch me loaded onto the cart in the store came out and watch me put it in my truck when I asked somebody to help me they told me they had all their lot guys in the lot helping others.. I waited a while started loading it into my own truck well they seem to guys just kept staring at me and watching me load my truck.. when I finish loading it I looked around the corner and a guy was approaching me he said can I take your cart back in for you miss. Now it was time for me to became a little rude and told him how to drive the cart back up to the store..but not exactly that way, I won't repeat...
