My family and I love Chick-fil-a and have for decades. I have always had incredible service and delicious nutritious food there. What simply was a misunderstanding or human error turned into a huge disappointment. My 99-year-old mother and I went through the drive-through and order chicken clubs and I requested that both of us wanted to get the salad instead of fries. Since you can’t go in and eat we were just going to find a shady spot And eat our meals. As we started I realize I had one fry and one salad rather than two salads. I love Chick-fil-A french fries but as always I’m trying to reduce Fats in my diet. While sitting there I ate a couple of the fries and my mom ate a few of them because she just commented that they always do good. It occurred to me that since I’m just sitting in my car eating I should Go back to the drive-through and ask them if they could give me my other salad. I waited in line again and the girl was very sweet and apologized and told me to go on through the line and they would help me. she had actually put on my order one fry and one salad that is not what I had verbally order. As we waited for another 10 or 15 minutes through the line my mom ate a couple more of the fries they were delicious. When I got to the window they couldn’t quite understand what I was requesting since I already had my order I tried to explain the situation and they wanted to see the receipt. I told them the receipt had one fry and one salad but that I had ordered 2 salads ( simple mistake) The lady then asked me For the fries back?? Never heard of asking Customer for their food back after it’s been in their car for 15 to 20 minutes. She and another male employee looked at The container of fries and realized that it was not full. They looked at each other and rolled their eyes, And then looked at me. I wanted to ask them what difference did it make??? Are they going to put them back into the fry bin and Serve them to someone else? The container was still over half full and it was so rude to roll their eyes and smirk because my mom ate a few … And then to have the nerve to ask for them back before they would give me the salad I had ordered in the first place ….Its sad that even Chick fil-a is going down hill . Their employees used to be so respectful, kind and...
Read moreSo ive been to this new location twice amd my order has been messed up both times. I was also told something that i always get was not on the menu. My app wasnt working at the time i arrived so i couldnt order via the app like i normally do. The 1st time they just left my kale side salad off my order but it was to busy to try to go back in line to get it. I went yesterday and asked for a 10 count chicken mini, the associate said they dont have that. So i ended up spending more money than i should have because i had to order 3 4-count minis, only to get home fix my app and find that i could have ordered it. Then the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit i ordered had sausage instead. The other location is 25 minutes away but i will probably be going there instead. I'm not saying this is a chick-fil-a problem, but it is. This is the 1st location EVER to mess up my order on more than one occasion. I never check my bag because chick-fil-a gets it right, but i guess I'll have to start. The wait was long to order the food and although after ordering the food was rec'd quickly, it was incorrect. This is not in line with the brand. I'm always patient with teen and young adult workers as it might be their first job and they have to learn, especially with the COVID changes to the industry that have taken place. I hope this location can get it together soon. It will be a while before i even think...
Read moreToday I went in to get an ice cream cone and a medium fry with barbecue sauce. That’s it. I went inside and waited in line. I ordered my items. Then I waited. There were 4 people behind me. I waited, as all FOUR of the people behind me ordered their food, received their food, and left with their food. Still waiting. For my TWO food items. Meanwhile there are about 10 people behind the counter, granted some of them actually working, while others were talking. One person noticed I was still standing there after some time. He asked me what I ordered and I told him. He went to check on it, I’m assuming, and came back to say it will be out shortly. Two mobile pickup people come and got their orders in the meantime. They finally come with my cone. After about 15 minutes of waiting. But still no fries or bbq sauce. The young man comes over and asks what I’m waiting for. I say medium fries. He asks for my receipt but I’m entirely frustrated so I leave. Only to come to find out, when I’m eating my cone, it’s stale. Not good at all. Not thrilled at all with this place. Will not be going back. I appreciate the young man noticing me still standing there but no one else came up to me to tell me that they were opening a new box or it will be little longer. None of that happened. Hope they work it out but I won’t...
