My husband came in to have a bracelet repaired for me. It was special to me since it was a gift from my late mother and I was beside myself that it was broken. While he was there he picked out another beautiful bracelet again reminiscent of another piece of my mother’s. He was so excited to give it to me for Christmas but unfortunately it was too small. Being an estate piece we weren’t quite sure how they were going to enlarge it while keeping the classic esthetic. Not only did they enlarge it but gave it a custom link that looks seamless and elegant. They didn’t even charge for the repair or the additional links. As a previous customer of this store, I was disappointed with the lack of service received on 01/28/2023. My friend & I stopped in before our dinner at Paris Bistrot. My late husband had purchased a beautiful black pearl necklace for me in 2021. When the extension chain added was finished, I went to pick it up & I purchased a pair of black pearl earrings to match it. I don’t expect anyone to remember me for any length of time? We had planned on going to one of those jeweler outlet stores in Tampa since we had a budget on the middle to lower level for an engagement rings. We happened to come across Vanessa's Fine Jewelry while at First Friday at Lakewood Ranch. The staff was extremely helpful and very informative. We never felt like we were pressured to buy, or that they were in a hurry to get the next customer. They have a great selection, for all budgets.
