The store was great but the “co-manager” as she called herself was very rude. I was away on girls weekend with 6 of my friends. 3 of us walked over to shop 15 minutes before close. The other 4 came a few minutes after and the manager actually locked the door on them when she saw them coming even though the store was still open. We realized the time and planned to be respectful and not keep them. However, the manager made an obvious attempt to check her watch the entire time we shopped. When one asked for a fitting room she checked her watch again and said sure. At 5:55 (close at 6:00), my friend asked her if we were keeping them. She rudely said “well we close at 6.” My friend asked “would you like us to leave?” And the manager responded “We’re not going to kick you out but we close at 6.” I have never felt so uncomfortable during a shopping experience. 4 of the 7 girls in my group made purchases and 2 of the others stated they would have purchased if she hadn’t been rude. The associate that checked us out even apologized for her bosses behavior. We walked the couple blocks back to our car and the clock said it was 6:04 by the time we got there so we only kept them a couple minutes after close. I wouldn’t recommend...

Take our four daughters here every year to shop while we visit Saugatuck... Had the most horrific experience today. Sales clerk had a problem getting a receipt to print so needed to call the manager to assist. Sales clerks were very apologetic for the inconvenience. The manager was EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE. While I waited for her to figure out how to print out a receipt the manager became extremely aggravated. After 20 minutes of quietly waiting for the manager to figure out how to printed out a receipt , she threw it at me and said “here you go”. I looked at the receipt and told her it wasn’t my purchase. In front of my daughter, husband and elderly friend she told me how ignorant I was. Needless to say I was stunned by her lack of professionalism. As such, I had her return everything. As soon as my friend and I entered, we were greeted and told about the layout of the store. While we were shopping, the associates showed additional products based off of what we were looking at and gave some great outfit suggestions! The fitting rooms were closed, but we were still able to slip some things on over our clothes and they were steaming the items we didn’t want to keep. We were also informed of all the deals available to us, as well as a coupon code from Instagram to get an extra percentage off our entire purchase. My friend and I had so much fun shopping.
