Momentum — Local services in Saugatuck

I’m a Michigan native and came back for a visit. Was so excited to see a cute, what appeared to be ceramic, coffee mug, with an embossed sign of the state of Michigan. What is really bad is I didn’t purchase it at first (I’m particular with my purchases plus I didn’t want to be stressed trying not to break it in the flight back). We started to leave town and I made my husband turn the car back so I could run in and get it. Got back to Georgia and made a pot of coffee. Filled the mug up and set it on the counter. Took one minute to feed my dog and I hear my husband ask me why I spilled coffee all over the counter. I did not. The mug was sipping coffee out of all of its surfaces. I dumped out the coffee and filled it with water, and it does the same thing. You can’t visually see any cracks or holes. It just seeps out everywhere. Tried to call them on the phone number on the receipt which I haven’t hand and that doesn’t work. Proceeded to try to more phone numbers I found online etc. and those don’t work. I’m just mad. It’s junk....

I bought a hoodie like 2 weeks ago and was excited to wear it the next day. Very disappointed because it was sawn right across and there’s no way you can wear it. Looked up the store hours on google and it says it’s open. Drove down there but it was closed. Tried it again during the weekday, it was still closed. Is it closed for the season? There wasn’t any phone number that you can contact either. I guessed, I have to wait until next year to return it. It would also be very helpful if they update info on google. They...

The lady working the counter on the Monday in June we shopped was great! She was funny and friendly.

We found some great t shirt deals at this store. Some were on sale but even their regular pricing was not gouging like some of the other stores on this strip.

We bought tshirts and a petoskey stone looking hydroflask type container. They had some really cool maps and other large wall hanging items we liked a lot but didn't buy this time.
