GH Towing & Transportation — Local services in Saugus

My allegedly "totaled" (according to the insurance company ) truck was in a tow yard in Danvers after an accident where a dumb donkey in a F250 decided he had the right of way and tboned me while pulling on to a rural highway coming out of a stop sign. I gotta save my beloved Dakota so I call my buddies and see what they could do and they agreed it's worth salvaging seeing that the cab was only nicked as the 250 had tried to drive through my heavy steel back bed. I call AAA and they send a driver but he won't take my truck with the flat bed hanging off. So the next day I call GEM Towing out of Boston and pay 800 for them to tow my truck from Danvers to Saugus. BOW LISTEN TO THIS ! GEM TOWING hired his company to tow my truck after leaving me waiting and calling GEM every half hour FOR 5 HOURS. GEM didn't show up at all claiming with every phone call that they were either sending someone or they were on the way. I tell them send some one tomorrow, I can't wait here anymore. So I call them the next day and they said the driver is on the way and when the driver arrives the truck says GH TOWING. This guy showed up on time, got my truck out of the lot, loaded up my poor beat up Dakota, strapped her down tight including her back bed which was why AAA said they wouldn't even touch it. And slowly and safely transported me and my Dakota to Saugus where my buddies salvaged her and chitty chitty bang banged her back together. Now listen to this, during the ride GH TOWING owner Tony informed me that GEM TOWING HIRED HIM AND HIS TOWING COMPANY FOR LESS THAN HALF OF WHAT I PAID THEM, TO DO THE JOB. I paid GEM 800$ and they paid him 350$ to tow my truck after leaving me waiting for a tow truck to show up for 5 hours on a Friday and ending up costing me for an extra 3 days in the tow yard over the weekend.

GEM called me later in the day asking if my truck got towed, which if they had done the towing they should have known and I had them refund me 300$ for the shit service they claimed they could do, I even sent pictures. But GH TOWING actually showed up and did the job and for less than half of what GEM asked for and failed at doing while leaving me sitting on the ground in direct sun for 5 hrs.

BEST TOW COMPANY AROUND. BETTER THAN GEM WHICH HIRED GH TOWING AFTER HANVING LEFT ME HANGING IN A TOW YARD IN THE HOT AFTERNOON SUN FOR 5 HRS CALLING THEM AND ASKING WHERE MY TOW WAS .

Last night while driving my wife accidentally hit a curb blowing out both front and rear tires...within 2 minutes of contacting roadside assistance, Antonio called me, asked me if we were okay, confirmed my location and within 20 more minutes he was there with a friendly smile and a hand shake, asked again if we were okay. He then asked if we needed a ride home and when he knew we were safe he began his dangerous job of securing the vehicle on his flat bed and proceeded with towing the vehicle. To top it all off, he texted me this morning to make sure we made it home and to let us know our vehicle was safely delivered to the dealership and provided us a picture of such. I want to thank Antonio for his work and wonderful and sincere concern for us, he is blessed and our prayers are...

There are many towing companies out there, but Antonio does it best! Yesterday I urgently needed a towing company for my car and called multiple different companies and were not able to come within 2 hours and were charging high prices because they knew I urgently needed this, as my car tire popped. When I called him, such a great personality and charged within my budget and I could trust him blindly to drop the car at the repair shop without me going with him. My car is low, he took time and care when loading it and delivered the car in perfect condition. I can not thank Antonio more!
