Beyond impressed with the customer service I received from Pat. He was patient, informative, and very kind. I was having a hard time selecting flooring but he provided photos and even pulled out a few extra planks to help show what the flooring would look like when installed. He helped me figure out how many boxes I needed and even offered to hold the purchased items a couple of days until I was ready to pick up. I initially went to Savage Surplus to see what options they had, but because of Pat’s wonderful customer service I ended up purchasing the same day!

There were ten flooring options to choose from. Although there isn’t a huge selection I feel like they cover a lot of different styles and colors....
