I was extremely disappointed. I was excited to see Frank's place as a fan of the show and picking in general. I'm glad I didn't plan it as a family trip because the sole entrance is through the bar. The food smelled good, however my husband and I don't drink and aren't comfortable in that environment. It wouldn't have been so bad to enter through the warm aromatic bar except to walk into the cold store was truly disappointing as it was a physical demonstration of the priority of the business model. Great collection of small items. I would've spent more time looking except it was freezing. My husband says if the thermometer he had for sale was correct it was 42° in there. I didn't see anything priced for my blue collar functional collections. However maybe a less funtionality driven collector could find something they felt good about buying. However I have a strong feeling this is more of a storage of things that can be let go for the right price. I did however buy something at Mikes store earlier that day. His competition is definitely family geared and reasonably priced. They also have a reateraunt which is seperate from the two small stores on the premises. Ask Mike about his business...
Read moreSo, on our road trip, we stopped by Antique Archeology- big rip off. It’s basically overpriced tshirts and souvenirs from the show with only decorative antiques that are not for sale or way expensive. We also wanted to support Frank so about an hour away we went to Frank Fritz Finds. We ate at the restaurant in front of his store. Best burger I had in awhile. Service was slow (under staffed) but friendly. They surprisingly played disco music despite tons of bikers in there. I found Frank Fitz Finds to be well organized, interesting, a bit on the small side, and fair prices. Worth a visit if you are a fan of the show. I think there may have been a tiny amount of Pickers tshirts available in the bar/restaurant. But it was not a shrine to the show like the fake Antique Archeology store. It is a legit smallish antique shop. The town was pretty cool too with live music on the sidewalk and other restaurants and shops. Definitely caters to the biker crowd (I’m not that cool) but it...

I am a server and bartender... i get the server was busy and alone... we weren't ever greeted....no harm... when we did get service, we got our drinks.. then we decided we needed two beers and i waited forever,!!!! In the mean time two.sets of other MEN walked in and were waited on, locals i presume, she called them by name!!......me still sitting there with no inclination of service, although the server looked at me 3 times and uttered not a word, i waited anotherTEN MINUTES!!! I grabbed my money and left!!! Truly very disappointed... maybe if i were a guy i would have gotten served. I have been in the service industry my entire life, been in the weeds myself.........however, I ALWAYS acknowledge my guests. I get I am only one person and my money probably didn't or doesn't matter, although, her purse could have been blessed a...
