F45 is a great place to work out. The coaches are awesome and energetic. I’ve been working out here for a couple of months and have already seen more results than I did after years of strength training at a regular gym. The membership is pricey, so if you're looking for a lazy workout, I would recommend going somewhere else. The workout is only as effective as the effort you put in. The variety of workouts keeps things exciting, so you never get bored. The exercises have been pretty glute-focused lately, which isn’t my favorite, but it does challenge me to actually do leg day. I would like more opportunities to do conventional deadlifts and pull-ups if anyone in charge of that is reading this…. It was very dysfunctional from start to finish and why do I need 3 tiny people screaming at me the entire time?

Read moreI’ve been doing F45 since 2018 and have been to almost a dozen locations. This has been my favorite by far. The gym is always clean and equipment is in good shape. Classes are typically offered at 5:30, 6:30, 8, 12, 4:30, 5:30, and 6:30 during the week. But the trainers are by far the best part of this gym: they are really invested in your experience and success.
