We have been using the Xerox technology for over 10 years now and have recently upgraded to the new Versant 180 Series. While reviewing the changes in technology, along with being able to upgrade prior to our former lease expiration, and all without increasing our overall costs, we decided to make the change. In doing so, the paperwork process, along with removal of the old unit, delivery of the new unit, training and support, all went as planned and did not get in the way of our day to day business. We are completely satisfied with all the Xerox support and training as well as the excellent job Alan does with staying in touch and being very attentive to our needs. I am happy to recommend Docu-Graphics and Alan Balcourt. They are a very easy team to work with! Read moreJames has been servicing our locations at Curtis Cooper for some time now and we are very pleased with the service that He has rendered. During the month of August we have had numerous Service request and James is always very prompt in evaluating and resolving the issue at hand. Our most recent Service request which is a Xerox B8055 in our Referrals Department at our main location. The service request was placed via support and later that day James was onsite to assess and resolve printer problems. This is the no different from the services we have been getting, however at this particular time the response time was very much needed since this Referrals printer is also an incoming and outgoing fax and is heavily used in this department. Getting this printer back up and running allowed users to remain efficient and productivity did not suffer.
