I went out on a limb and joined my first Zumba class through The Firm. Traditional gyms don’t work for me and I can tell you after trying out many fitness places around town, this one is the best! The Firm offers Zumba, Hype HIIT, and yoga and meditation with more classes to come. Sheena is kind, spunky, encouraging, inspiring and so full of energy(it’s contagious!) We laugh, we scream, we sweat, and we overcome our doubts within ourselves each class. Not only does The Firm have an excellent leader and coach, but the COMMUNITY of people at this fabulous facility is incredible. I feel like I’ve found a new home in a place I’ve lived all my life. I’ve attended four classes at this point and every time I leave, I am anxious for the next visit! I leave The Firm full of energy and empowerment.    Read moreWOW! I have never had this much fun in a workout! Sheena is truly AMAZING!!! She will be your hype girl, push you and bring the energy! I first did a private party with my coworkers & immediately signed up for a class for the next week! The music is amazing, she makes you sweat and get a heck of a workout in. But most importantly she makes you feel welcomed and comfortable! I definitely got out of my comfort zone in the Zumba class but wow I had a smile on my face the entire time it was so fun! Jess is great at kicking your butt and getting you into shape. All their classes are fun and target the entire body! I also love how they get involved with community events and are truly making the firm a home. I go four times a week to a combination of dance, kickboxing, and strength classes.
