Baldinos Giant Jersey Subs — Restaurant in Savannah

I have never been treated so rudely in my life by a Baldinos. I did a pick-up order through some app they use, and it took an order but never emailed me a "ticket number," which they require for you to pick up your food. Apparently, I didn't get a ticket number sent to me, but my card was charged. The lady said, "No ticket number, no sandwich! ". I tried to explain, but she said you have to talk to him, and as I walked off to talk to him, she was talking to other customers about me. I told her to say what you want, and I am being done wrong. I tried to show the owner he was nasty, then grabbed my sandwich and put on the counter, and said there. I asked for pickle, and the lady said there wasn't anything on the order. And chips I have to get myself. So, apparently, the app they picked up an old order I placed a long time ago and used it. And not the order I placed today. All I needed was the owner to be a bit more responsive. I'm spending my money there and not taken seriously. Staff is allowed to talk any way they want to and about customers, and it is acceptable. I ordered a foot long turkey sub with Cheese lettuce tomato salt pepper oil vinegar light mayo and mustard.When I received it it had no cheese dry as hell so I called ask for a manager Miguel is who I got he is telling me he is the manager and if I want it fixed I needed to bring it back and im trying to explain to him that I ordered it online so that it would be ready cause my break isn't that long he is still going on about bring it back it will only take 4 minutes I don't have 4 minutes.I explained to him that i was the customer and you are arguing with me because you messed my food up.I thought that was just so unprofessional.Not to mention the meat on the sandwich looks like it was just toss on there it was all kind of in one spot on the sandwich.1 of the other sandwiches was messed up too and it didn't have the banana peppers on It. They were ok. They can do better in giving lettuce. It was barely existing. Unfortunately, I didn't do photos. Literally I had to add lettuce from home to the sandwich. That really turns me completely from the establishment. If I could have seen the sandwich being fixed I would have told the server to add lettuce because apparently that's an issue and I'd rather not just have a meat and bread sandwich that large with no adequate toppings for such style of sandwich. Baldinos Subs is like no other. Perhaps everything isn't meant to be cutting corners on and certainly not a BALDINOS SUB!!! Folksis over there... please don't be scared to put lettuce on the sandwich and allow people to see that way you want have customers coming back complaining and or potentially leaving not the best reviews.
