The food is good, but be prepared to be scammed. My family and I hadn't eaten there in nearly a decade since I went to Calvary, and it was convenient. We ordered dinners for 6b family members and went to pick them up. When we got home we realized that 1 dinner was missing and we were changed for it, as well as being double charged for fries. We live all the way out on Wilmington Island, so there was so no we were driving back that late. I called and spoke to a manager who said the best he could do was write my name down for a "free dinner" but it was for what I had already paid for and didn't receive. He said their policy doesn't allow them to put the money back on your card. He said he wrote my name down in the book and I had 2 weeks to come get my dinner. I called 9 days later to get the meal. I spoke to a different manager who told me that he first manager never put my name down in the book. She said she couldn't help me, though she was a manager and told me I'd have to call the next day and ask the original manager why he didn't put my name down. To say I was furious didn't really capture how I felt. I know they were thinking,"Well, if you haven't eaten here for this long, then we're not going to miss your business." Plus us being from Wilmington Island I'm sure they thought we just had money to blow, since our bill was over $100. Again, I like the food, but there is no way in hell I would go there again, because of how disrespectful they were, and how they screwed us out of our money. Seated promptly, order was taken rather quickly, after 20 min waitress told us there was no more flounder so we changed our order , my order came with a salad well it was brown and rubbery, after another 30 min our food came my wife's food had fries which she ordered baked potato, had to wait another 10 min for that to be corrected, I ordered the hamburger steak medium well it came very well done and dry as the Sahara, so it's bee an hour just to get our food so we tried to eat even with steak sauce I couldn't eat my food but the toast was good, when the hostess came to see how everything was we told her about it and she tried to make things good but our meal was already ruined, and I told her not to bother she asked what we ordered and we told her the original order which was flounder that we were told that they ran out of and the waitress said oh we have flounder now that they found it (?) So they offered to make our original order, I told them no thanks that our lunch was ruined already and I came here because of the good food and location since I had a Dr appointment next door at the hospital and didn't have another hour to wait on food anymore since we've been there an hour and a half already, so they did they're best and took half of our order off the bill , I could see there being problems when your busy but we came after the lunch rush , I told the waitress that it wasn't her fault that I don't know what's wrong in the kitchen but I would have had better from Wendy's across the street, I paid my bill and tipped her since she did her job but the kitchen staff was at...

Me and 4 of my co-workers came in on our lunch break. First it took 5 min before anyone came to take our drink orders about 10-15 min food came but was not the correct food one of my coworkers ordered shrimp the complete order was ice cold, another co-workers ordered pulled pork sandwich was cold, dry no sauce and wrong side. I ordered the pork chop meal was brought pulled pork she took the food back but NEVER brought the correct order out no apology no ANYTHING. Only one person was correct we asked to speak to a manager no one never came so we asked the hostess to get the manager he came to the table with the wrong attitude again no apology and stating that basically we should be happy that he came because the other manager would not even want to hear what we had to say. He stated that he would fix our ticket and bring my order as well as he offered one of my co-workers an order of groupers but just to charge her for them. And again, my order was still never came out I was charged $10 for a side salad but still no entree. I even asked the waitress Tiffany the managers name she laughed in my face and walked off. I than asked another employee to get the manager and I saw him several times walk back to tiffany laughing but never returned to talk to me. The other employee walked to me and asked did the manager ever come I stated no she said Well he is well aware I wanted to talk to him I was informed his name was Leon.
