I was in the mood for some Filipino food so I did a Google search and this is where I ended up. The place was empty when I went in. But I was greeted very warmly by what I found out shortly after was one of the owners. All I knew was that I wanted lumpia. She suggested I get the Lumpia with Pancit Bihon special (everything was made fresh). As she was cooking my lumpia, a couple entered into the restaurant. She greeted them warmly, as well. My lunch was served shortly and we all begin chatting about the Phillipines, where the owner was born. To my surprise and delight, I found out that one of the other patron's mother was also from the Philippines and she bragged that the food here tasted like her mother's. Meet Rose that serves, cooks, and waits your table. I was pleased to be able to try most of the menu with multiple people in my group, so we all can try a little bit of everything.
This reminds me of my and many other famiy-own restaurants. It's not meant to be elegant to pleased your clients after a round of golf. This is a place you step inside to experience a country on the other side of the globe.
The portion was plenty for the justified price. Flavor and aromatic are there, as well as the meat fall off the bone as you work around that juicy protein of your choice. The pansit (noodle) was incredibly fine and requires great skills to cook that without breaking them from its original silky lengthy strands . Big applaud to the chef.

She kept on repeating herself constantly over and over on what food they have to offer. Sheโs basically forcing us to eat there. She was very annoying. And because we decided not to eat there, as we turned our backs to walk out, she was insulting us. Wow very classy and professional. She was EXTREMELY childish just because we decided not to eat there. Her pushiness and rudeness drove us out. Her restaraunt looked very dirty and had a lot of clutter. They donโt even have a menu for you to look at. I asked her for dinuguan and she told me she has some in the freezer... I would rate this place a negative 10 if I could. Worst restaurant...
