Mo's Barber Shop — Local services in Sayreville

Horrible place. I get there at 11 for a walk in hair cut, some Spanish built dude says yo we got a one hour wait can you come back at 2 pm. I get there at 152 and he has a client, tells me boss can you wait I also got a little kid that I gotta take care of. Me being the nice guy that I am says ok. It’s 240 he takes the little kid and then tells me hey can you get me a water bottle from the store. Who runs this place, how can you treat your customers like servants. When I flip out, the dude goes don’t need you here anymore, don’t come back no more. This is not stopping here, I’m definitely taking this up...

I cut my own hair but someone got me a gift certificate to this place anyway, and they claim their friend works here. I refuse to let someone cut my hair, unbeknownst to them. However, I went to Mo's, only to find out that they are thieves. I wanted to refund the damn gift certificate to get their money back for them but the business refused. I asked, "So you sold them a $23 piece of paper?" They said yes and didn't refund the money. Looks like they will steal from their own friends. Who cares about their hair cutting skills? They are actual thieves with only money on the mind....

Great shop, I have been using this shop for my haircuts since my freshman year of high school, and I’ve now graduated college. Ali who I previously worked with at this location, recently left to pursue other career paths. Since then, I’ve come to use the shop, and try some of the other barbers there, specifically Cuba. I can confidently say all the barbers in the shop are great. They are all reliable and consistent, and provide great results.
