So I’m changing my review to a very solid 5 stars.

I was able to make it there a few days earlier than anticipated to get my screen fixed.

Orlando is very good at following through and following up. Unfortunately I didn’t get to meet him in person when I went yesterday but he made sure to let me know to ask for Stan when I came in. Sure enough I come in and Stan was already waiting for me. He was very pleasant and helpful and not to mention fast!! He said to give him just half an hour to get the work done.

So yes, he got it done in 30 minutes and he did an excellent job. I made sure to test the hell out of my phone before I left and everything is in perfect working order. The work was very clean and my iPhone looks brand new again.

Stan took the time to go over what parts and Labor are covered under the warranty and for how long. I didn’t even know they had such a thing.

So I left the store very happy with a fully functional iPhone. The best part was Orlando following through with a phone call to make sure everything went well. Now THAT’S awesome customer service.

Thank you Stan and Orlando. You have earned my business again.

I recommend this place to anybody that needs work done on their phones at a very reasonable rate. Five thumbs up for the work and the staff.

You can fix your cell phone not charging issue by yourself. After using your cellphone for a long period of time, the charging port accumulates dost, cotton from your cloth, food small pieces etc. When you try to connect your charger to the charging port, the charging cable doesn't fit properly, sometimes it shows charging , sometimes it does not.

To fix this issue take a needle, remove dust from all corner of the charging port. Do this process with care. Do not use unnecessary force to any component of the charging port. Do not use water in the cleaning process. This dusk removal process is applicable to any Apple and Android Devices. Dust creates a gap between the charging cable and charging points so that the electricity flow will stop hence stops the cell phone from charging. Another reason for cellphone not charging issue is the charger itself. Try using another charger from the same company.

If the charging does not happen even after the cleaning of the charging port and changing of the charging, we have to assume that there is some problem in the charging port. I am going to be honest. I brought my Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G in for a broken screen which I was told would be replaced the next day. The next day they had fixed my screen but then the charging port didn't work when I picked it up. I brought it back and they fixed it but when I brought it home that day the service stopped working. They said they may have damaged an antenna so they ordered new antenna's, they replaced those and it still wasn't fixed. They then had to send it out to be repaired which ended up taking approximately 3 weeks for everything to be fixed and working. (Turns out it was a bad screen or something) Luckily I had a back up phone to ease the burden.

Why the 5 stars you ask? They kept an open line of communication with me, explaining what was going on at all times. They were very professional and very nice the entire time and assured me that they wouldn't leave me high and dry and I believe it. I will definitely always bring them my business and recommend them because even though the situation wasn't ideal they have wonderful employees.
