This was my third visit to this location. I went in to play a $10 coupon which requires a $10 match of your own funds. I received my $10 coupon match and put in $20 of my own. My prior visits to this location I met two different employees prior. Both were cordial, professional, and understood the coupon. However, this time I met the manager, Vicki (blonde at this time), location who was rude, apathetic, didn't understand the coupon, and told me that I not only needed to play the $10 coupon and the $10 matched fund but was also required to play the additional $10 I submitted ($20 entered of my own funds and $10 match). Vickie told me that I needed to play $30 for my $10 coupon when I cashed out .37 cent and claimed I cashed out $30. I asked the manager, Vicike, if they could see that I cashed out .37 cent and pointed at the change in the cashout machine. They continued on their phone and waved their hand in a degrading manor while responding I tell everyone that. I asked to clarify so there isn't any future misunderstanding and was waived off again with the same disrespectful response and hand gesture "I tell everyone that" while they continued on their phone. I walked out because I don't like confrontation. I came back two days later to get the Regional managers # or owners # to discuss what happened and was told Vicki banned me.
