SCAMMERS BEWARE! In response the seller claimed they have no record of repairing my phone . Yjis is false. It was done this summer. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any business. They were the most unprofessional people I’ve ever dealt with and completely ruined my phone while making repairs. They replaced my screen without telling me that Face ID would no longer be functional.when I let them know it was a problem they offered to sell me another phone at a discounted price of $250. I agreed to this and he said to give him 30 minutes to transfer my data over to the new phone. When I came back into the store I caught him doing work on my old phone! When I confronted him he claimed that I agreed to trade my old phone in which I did not!!!!! I demanded that he returned my old phone with the repair we originally agreed on. (1 front screen and 1 new camera lens). After getting my old phone back they immediately said the phone was damaged and now there’s problems with it. My phones camera was no longer functioning properly and the screens lcd developed a pixel failure just 1 week later. Fast forward 1 month later the phone would not stay powered on without being plugged in and I had to buy a new one. As you can see in the photos there’s a pin stripe down the middle and the camera buzzes and takes extremely blurry...
Read moreWe've used Phone Mart in the past and they've always been very fast, cheap, and great at repairing issues. They repaired my screen in a few hours and it looks brand new. My husband recently dropped off our phones again at Phone Mart, after we noticed that when receiving or making calls, we were able to hear the other person on the call, but they were unable to hear us. It was causing a lot of stress, as phone issues usually do. T-Mobile initially insisted that it was an issue with our phones, and not with their service. Phone Mart took the time to examine our phones and assured us this was not the case. Phone Mart refused to charge us any money for taking up their time. T-Mobile was quick to fix the problem after we relayed that Phone Mart examined our phones and was confident the issue was caused by our carrier. Thank you, Phone Mart for saving us money and taking the time to help! We will continue to remain loyal customers and we will be referring you to friends...
Read moreWalked in with my phone raw and vulnerable—no case, no screen protector, just vibes and bad decisions. One accidental drop away from heartbreak.
The crew at Phone Mart took one look and said, “We can’t let you live like this.” Fifteen minutes later, my phone was decked out in a sleek case that screams “I lift weights on the weekends” and a screen protector smoother than my pickup lines (which isn’t saying much, but still impressive).
They didn’t try to upsell me, rush me, or talk tech gibberish—I just said “I drop my phone a lot,” and they nodded like, “Say no more, fam.”
Prices were great, the guy helping me was chill and funny, and now I can confidently yeet my phone across the couch without having a panic attack.
Bottom line: if your phone’s naked and afraid, take it to Phone Mart. They’ll suit it up like it’s going into battle.
