Fannie May — Local services in Schaumburg Township

Went into this store about 10:30 the Monday after Easter. Wanted to buy several trays of candy, but the young man did want to be bothered - he told me to return after 1 p.m.. So somebody else could help me!! They had a sign up for a special with a $25 purchase - $7 for a box of meltaways. He told the customer ahead of me that he wasn't sure if that promotion was still on and took the sign down! I can only assume this individual is related to someone since he's getting paid to turn away customers. I called to speak to the manager (who wasn't in), left my contact information and three days later have still not heard from her!!! I will never return to this store as management doesn't want feedback...

The place is ok although with limited display still Fannie May, but my bad experience was with this girl Laura, I walked in she was on the phone didn't even bother asking me just looked at me like she saw a ghost, I was waiting for her because she keeps on talking on the phone, then finally after standing there for a minute or so it was just the two of us in the store, she finally asked what I want so I told her, then I asked her to put a ribbon on the box just like the rest and she unevenly taped the ribbon like a 5 yr old, all this is happening while talking on the phone. Not real...

Staff was welcoming, however, there were 2 other people besides by myself that asked for specific chocolates for that they were out of. What's also a pain is that they only have one POS system creating a long line while the other employee standing around awaiting. Wouldn't recommend coming to...
