Ordered from Uber eats and came in to them telling me they don’t offer takeout on something they have online on their menu. Upon discussing they called me which they didn’t, and that they won’t make it because it’s dine in. They told me to pick items of the difference or then get a refund. I paid online, their fault on posting something they don’t offer I’m not waiting 3-5 days for a refund. I had to wait 20 minutes to speak to someone again. Apparently no managers are on duty either. So train your staff or just provide it because it’s your menu and then take it off. I work take out window, serve and bartend and this was pathetic. Finally they said they’ll make select items so said what I ordered. So I turned my receipt back around.
Upon receiving my order, I asked if everything was in there and they said yes so of course I checked my order and they’re missing two items. **just got home and you still forgot an item. Do better.
Only positive is the sushi chef is very talented and sanitary.
Will never return even if I like my food.

Read moreI went to this place for lunch wit my daughters. I did not feel welcomed as waitress's attitude was pretty bad. Food selection was hard to understand as they had Chinese food as selections for the Bento-box. Rice for the Bento-box was Chinese rice, not Japanese rice.
They should take Bento-box off from their menu to avoid confusion.
I had Kanpao-Chicken as this is a Chinese restaurant. The food was below average. One of my daughter ordered Tempura. It was soft outside. It tasted fine but was not tempura.
This is our last visit to this place. Even though lunch price was pretty low price, the food was not worth what I paid.

I paid over $51 dollars just to get food poisoning, the meat was very fatty and chewy and bowls were very watery. They also gave me the wrong food, I asked for teriyaki beef skewers and I got a bowl with beef and vegetables. Food being like that I should have took that as a sign that it may not be good.
