When I moved to Indiana (with curly, not just wavy hair) one year ago, I was fortunate to find April at Navii Salon Spa. She is a talented stylist, who is great with curly or straight hair. April is also an excellent colorist, and is consistent from appointment to appointment. Most importantly, April listens to what you would like done with your hair and helps you to decide what will make you look your best. She also does a head massage/hair wash like no other, so that you don’t leave the salon with coloring product left in your hair, and you feel relaxed. April is welcoming and genuinely nice to be around. I have also had an appointment with Shannon, who shares all of the strengths that April exemplifies. Always enjoy my visits! Everyone is so friendly. Been going there for many years and have never had a bad experience. Love the owner Tracy, she is always taking care of my hair needs and giving me recommendations on what to do with it. Went from gray hair to blond and I love it! Even during these difficult times we are in, they have thought of everything to help make and keep everyone safe. From limiting number of people in salon at a time, taking your temp, everyone washing hands and wearing masks. Even found a little surprise in my bag of products I purchased when I arrived home, a cloth mask that can be used when I have to go out in public during these times. Very nice gesture! The stylist I'd been seeing for years quit and was no longer doing hair, so I needed a new hair guru. I went to a few different ladies and although they did a good job, it still wasn't a good fit. I was super frustrated with my hair and needed to get into a salon ASAP. Navii was kind enough to get me in THAT DAY and I'm honestly really impressed with the results! They are currently using the Davines color and product line and that really left my overly damaged hair shiny and healthy looking!
