I usually never give a review with fast food places. Even if i had a bad experience. However, today i went to dairy queen with my boyfriend because it is finally nice out. We pulled up to the window and my boyfriend politely asked if we can use a coupon in which the worker said that was okay. Then he asked the worker if can use the 1 dollar coupon as well since the deal was that if you spend over a certain amount you can get the blizzard. The employee responded rudely with "yeah so sir you cant use 2 coupons". Which is totally fine we understand that my boyfriend just asked because we did not know. Some fast food places are okay with it. It was his tone that kind of upset me. Then we pulled up to the window and the girl at the window was such a nice person. However the man that took our order interrupted her demanded her to take out coupon and to cut it out and said "oh no no no we cant let him go without taking the coupon". Again we do not care that you have to take the coupon but it was the way he was speaking. My boyfriend then asked him how much everything was and he still had a attitude. I think this employee is a manager there i could just tell by how he was talking to the girl at the window helping us. Im 20 years old and maybe we look like ignorant kids however little does he know i am a manager myself at my salon. That was no way to speak to customers especially a manager. I understand its not an easy job and sometimes you might have a bad day. However, when you are a manager its your job to make everyone feel welcomed. I did not feel welcomed what so ever. Read moreMedium cheesecake berry blizzard. Got 2 min down the road opened it up and found it near liquid. I was in a hurry and couldn't go back. I didnt have 10 ex mins because i was working. I called and spoke w a man who said he was the manager. He was the one who made it. I saw him do it. Stated my problem. Told me to bring it back and blamed it on whomever made it didn't strain the berries. Pushing the buck. Now. Logically speaking, if I could have come right back i would not have called. He said to save it and bring it back when i had the chance. Yes, there are people who try to scam. I said I'm not doing that. That is ridiculous. I work out of my car and wouldn't be home for 5 hrs. He didn't speak. Yea, I'll just drive around with a blizzard all night so save $4 They didn't turn it upside down like they should. They put it in a bag and handed it to me. I asked the girl why they put it in bags. She didn't know. It's ridiculously wasteful. He was right behind her when I asked and his facial expression said he did not like my question. I've been to this location 6 or 7 times since they opened. Every time it has been a little less satisfying. Read moreI had the very unpleasant experience of visiting this establishment on Wednesday Oct 11th around 4:30pm to pick up a food delivery for a customer. I was the only person inside the location and their was no one in the drive thru. The man at the drive thru window saw me as I was standing at the counter and we made eye contact for about 5-10 seconds. He never acknowledged my presence but instead said something to the woman at the cooktop, who turned around briefly and went back to doing whatever she was doing. Again, I was the only person in the restaurant. When the man at the drive thru window looked at me again, I stated that I was there for a food delivery. He looked over at a shelving unit that I assumed held delivery orders and turned back around. It was obvious that they had no intentions of assisting me. I sent a message to the food delivery service about this location. At this time I went back to my car and saw that the customer had left instructions to call the restaurant and have them bring the food to me. I called as instructed and spoke to someone and told him what I needed. He said give me a moment and when he came back to the phone, stated that the food had already been picked up. If I ever get another delivery offer for this place, I will have to decline the offer. It is very difficult to believe that in 2023, their are people that still exhibit racist and ignorant behavior.
