What has happened to quality customer service anymore? Esp from a âfamily ownedâ business. My daughter ordered an ice cream sandwichâŚit was hard as a rock. NO JOKEâŚI mean I was banging it on the counter, showing the girl there is no way she could eat it unless she gnawed on it to death...I did NOT ask for a refund or credit..I asked to exchange it for a slushee that was 1/4 the cost of the sandwich. She said no and that they are made âfreshlyâ once a week.. I told her she should stand behind her âfreshly madeâ sandwich and only serve quality food. Is costumer satisfaction not a thing anymore? I wasnât asking for the world⌠I was asking to simply exchange it for something edible. We will never eat at a Dairy Belle again. Have better policies/VALUES, DO BETTER!
REPLY TO THE OWNERS REPLYâŚ
I see that the owner has revised his/her initial reply to my review w a slightly different tone so I felt the need to clarify something. At the end of the day, Google reviews are intended for the public to give/share opinions on experiences they have had at any sort of business⌠my experience that day was poor. You may not like it, or agree with it, BUT it was my experience. I am entitled to my opinion. You said Dairy Belle has been in business 70 yrs? Well I am pretty certain I am not the only customer who has ever made a complaint or had a bad experience. You listen to them, and try and learn from it. Please⌠stop commenting back to me and move forward. And as far as ânext timeâ, there...
Read moreI have gone to Dairy Belle since growing up and was excited to visit this new location. It has always been somewhere we enjoyed going as a family. When we heard about this location opening up we were excited as a family to go and try out our new favorite spot. Unfortunately, we had a horrible experience. From start to finish. When giving our order the young lady at the window had an immediate attitude and kept entering our order wrong. After correcting her not once, but three different times she began to sigh deeply and tapped her long finger nails over and over and over again as if we were completely bothering her. I wanted to leave at this moment, but we had placed our order and decided to give her the benefit of the doubt. When our order came, it was wrong... I informed them the order was wrong and the young lady who had taken our order started screaming very rude comments to the point that another coworker had to come close the window because I could obviously hear what she was saying. I have never felt so disrespected as a patron. Itâs shameful knowing all the laughs, good times, and memories we have had with Dairy Belle will no longer be recreated for the younger generation in our family. The young ladyâs name was Alex after asking for it, itâs amazing how one experience can change your entire...
Read moreUnfortunately it's still drive thru only, I'm assuming bec of the damn pandemic panic! I mean it's not like they have space inside to stay and linger once you receive your order. Inside it'd be a lot easier to place orders for large families so we can see the menu, especially for kids to see the pictures of the kid menu. So, now if you aren't familiar with their menu be prepared bec they rush you to spit out your order. Since their outdoor menu only lists their items without description it's more difficult to know what to order. In regards to their actual drive thru, it is very poorly designed. It's a tight spot and is difficult to maneuver around the lot for bigger vehicles such as our extended minivan. Finally, they dont have the pineapple dole whip now. Hope that's temporary as that was our main reason for goin! At least the kid items were super cute and their prices...
