Years ago I would have given them 5. Stars. Food was always great, order was always correct, quality and consistency was always there as well...but in the past couple of years we have sadly watched (and experienced first hand) one of our favorite places continuously go downhill. Too many times something was wrong with my order so I now check it always before I leave, I have had food that was dripping/soggy and soaking through the bottom of the box... apparently it was our fault because we ordered broccoli on the pizza? However when we demanded it be remade because it wasn't edible and the dough wasn't fully cooked....it magically came out totally fine the second time. Save your money and time and go somewhere else until they can get their act back together. I will happily change this review if they ever improve. I hope they do because it really used...
Read moreOrdered online, to have the system error out, and told me the order couldn't complete, and they had congestion. To only find out hours later they charged me for the order "that couldn't be completed". Find out two hours later in my email the order did go through.
To only call them to get the worst customer service. Having the manager tell us a error couldn't happen, because she's in charge of it. Like that's supposed to mean anything!? Then didn't refund, and only offered to reheat 2 hour old made food. Talk about sticking it to the customer. They straight up stole $35... must be hard up. Do not order from this joke of a place, or the very least never use their absolute joke of a online system. Customer is always wrong here.

Read moreI am going to call the restaurant when they reopen to notify them but my pizza had a sour taste as though the meat or the sauce was bad. We each ate one piece and we stopped because we were afraid we might get sick. There was also paper or foil baked IN the pizza. I would expect some foil on the bottom or maybe on top but not mixed into the sauce and cheese. I saved the rest of the pizza and I will call tomorrow to see how this is handled. I’ll update my review pending the restaurant response.
Update: I called the restaurant and told them about my experience and they offered me a full refund. I had planned to bring the pizza back but they didn’t want it back. So far I haven’t gotten the refund but I do appreciate them taking...
