January 2025 : Warning to customers -Do not waste your time and money here !!

To restaurant manager: How come you don't have coffee in the morning for breakfast!!!???!

Why do you stay in business then?!? How come you usually don't have coffee when certain type of employees work the shift.. be it morning or evening!? That famous for being lazy and seeking excuses type of people 👏🏿 Sometimes they like to lie the machine is broken. Pay your employees better so you will find more adequate ones who would not hate their work obligations. And that way you wouldn't have to lose your customers, like me now , for bad service your crew gives to us

All praises to young man/men who made our food tonight. Everything was perfect👌 Much better service than just a few weeks ago. Excellent service and tasty, well prepared food and drinks. Thank you!

May 9th 2022.:

This freakin' restaurant should do their best if they would close permanently!! Their Whopper Melt is so small sandwich and they picture is misleading, so a person will stay hungry after eating it, not knowing to. order two sandwiches because they are so small. Some years ago same sandwich was larger!!

Next! This place didn't have fries so they took the liberty to send me onion rings instead, BUT with no Zesty sauce or any sauce !! Who does that!? Personally I never ever, in any fast food joint, had such experience of them being out of French fries!! What do you sell in fast-food if not fries!?!

Next! I bought Chicken fingers with ranch sauce, but there was no sauce in the bag!!! How can you send Chicken fingers to a customer without sauce!!??? And that is the case in this Burger King 70% of time!!!!

Worst BK ever!!!

Update july1. : This is probably the worst BK around. tasteless burgers.. almost as cooked.. Isn't BK mantra and advertisement to be "flame grilled"!? Well, it's not... more like McDonald's lately. That is - cooked..If I wanted that, that's where I would have gone.

Are people at this BK location too lazy to turn on the grill, or they prepare everything in the morning, and in the evening they just reheat the patties .??! Bought this new Brewhouse king.. not at all like on the menu - half of ingredients missing.. no crispy onions (by the way the only reason I chose this burger), bacon almost non existing. Cold and stiff patty. We came home,very near 3min drive from. the location .. so it is supposed to be stillwarm, especially on 100 degrees outside . But when we open the sandwich to see only misery.. it was like eating a shoe! Give me my money back.. not only this time.. 50%of the time I buy at this location they are sloppy like this. I just don't have time and nerves to write about every single time something like this happens. This sandwich made the way they make it here is not worth a penny, and it cost me $6.39 x2=12.78$! since we bought two.

Always something wrong here! This time no onion rings in Rodeo King!!! Hey people, that is the reason I order this burger in the first place!!

And of course NO ICE for soda on steaming hot summer day!!?!🙄

Honestly I'm really glad I am seeing nothing but reviews that agree with my opinion. I hate to say this but this is very honest and truthful this is one of the worst locations of Burger King I've ever been to besides the one in Merrillville next to Hobart. Came here multiple times, they never have what I want to order (chicken, certain meats etc.) Sometimes you cant get what you drove all the way there for, the manager (older Caucasian lady) was literally holding up the drive thru line, for over 10 minutes literally hanging out of the drive thru window screaming and cursing at a customer in his vehicle over a coupon. She was calling him names, screaming and swearing at him hanging out of the drive thru window, holding up the line to yell and argue...and this is the manager folks. Cant remember her name otherwise I'd put it on here, also she is foul and rude when taking your order in the drive thru speaker box and the staff are slow, ghetto and young with attitudes. Very ghetto location sadly. As a manager that is not the way you handle conflict. Especially in front of customers while holding them up so you can argue with somebody. Very unprofessional. Then when I said to the young lady in the drive-through who handed me my food that, that was unprofessional of her manager and asked what the manager's name was the young lady wanted to argue with me about how the manager yelling and screaming out the window was justified. Ordered food on mobile app, got to window, no one there, see cashier at next window, pulled up to speak to cashier. She left the window. Several minutes later, came back, and although I let them know I had a mobile order at the speaker, they didn't bother making it. Told me it wouldn't be made until I talked to cashier, even though it was paid on the mobile app. But they made food for the car behind me who ordered at the speaker. I had to drive around again, this time I'm behind 4 cars in line, finally got to window, only to be told to pull up to the window I was at last time. I waited several minutes while I carried on a phone conversation waiting for someone to come to the window. My food sat on the counter the whole time. Finally the lady comes and looks like she didn't recognize me. I said the Mobil order you made me go back around for. She grabbed the order and I told her it made no sense to have to do all this for food they should have made since it was paid for on the app. She said, your order just came up, and you've only been sitting here 2 mins. I said no, I've been waiting over 5 minutes, and my food was sitting in a bag on the counter the whole time. She wanted to argue that it was only two minutes. By this time everything was cold.
