I decided to visit yesterday, I was looking at the Amethyst rings. I asked the sales lady if I could see one of the rings. She was very helpful and both ladies had a welcoming and friendly smile. While I was talking to them, I glimpsed to an area with turtles. I asked if they had a ring in my size, they were looking and I tried 2 different sizes. Once I had placed it on my finger, I couldn't take it off. Not because it was tight, but because I fell in love with her (the turtle ring). Well, I paid for the ring and couldn't stop looking at it. One of the young ladies here, I wish I caught her name, was so sweet! I saw the last set of butterfly crawler earrings displayed at the front of the store and she immediately held them for me at the register. Not even knowing if I was going to purchase them. I looked around and found the butterfly ring I have been wanting for years and found it. Needless to say, we ended up buying that and the earrings! Customer service was awesome...

I am so happy with our James Avery in Schertz. It is so convenient and close to my home. Such a fun place to shop. Every time I stop by Ashley, Jasmin, and Joy are so friendly and helpful.
