Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Schertz

This store is run by a bunch of young people who do not take pride in their job and serving inconsistencies in the amount of hot fudge used in a hot fudge sundae. My grandson scoops were huge for 4 and 6 yr olds. What ever happened to the childrens scoop? I tried to call the store to speak to a manager numerous times and never got through. Last night my Grandson ate a bublegum ice cream cone. Not even an hour later he started vomiting violently for about 4 hours till there was nothing left in his poor little stomach. I wanted to find out if anyone else had this kind of reaction to eating that flavor ice cream. Then I looked at the ingredients and noticed all the corn syrup and chemical ingredients in it and no wonder. DO NOT HAVE YOUR CHILD EAT BUBBLE GUM ICE CREAM! Im turned away due to the lack of pride in what the employees are doing, no answering to the phone to speak to a manager about my grandsons illness caused by bublegum ice cream and the inconsistencies. When asked about discounts the gal stated we only have military discounts, like it was nothing. I am a 22 yr veteran proud to have served and its not something your giving for free, we earned it! Going to HEB for my ice cream from now on, where I get treated with courtesy and can read the ingredients in...

I've not been to a B&R in some 50 years. So as far as the Ice Cream goes, it is about the same. That being said, it is the SERVICE that I'm here to talk about. Both Ava and Luke have now given me faith in our future! These two young people are among the very best providers of service that I have received in many years. Both were not only attentive to the clients before them but they also did their best to SELL their product. How amazing is that? Not only will my wife and I return to this location for as long as our diets will let us and for as long as this location continues to have such great employees. The establishment is clean, the service is outstanding, and the ice cream is amazing. What more can I say? Thank you again to Ava and Luke... those two will really make a difference in this world.

Great tasting but overpriced. Inconsistent serving, one day they give you a scoop that looks more like a child's scoop and on other days they give you what really looks like a large scoop of ice cream serving for a cost of $3.19. Went there last night Friday May 10th asked for a scoop of ice cream in a cup and it was literally a child or kids scoop. And I said I'm sorry but I gave it back. I love Baskin Robbins the tastes, but I can't stand the inconsistency of how they serve their ice cream from one day to a few days later. I guess it depends...
