I came here to do an oil change and they ended up changing my transmission fluid as well. A few months later my transmission started slipping and I was confused as to why. The car was fine before ! took it here. I then took the car to jaguar and got a diagnostic done and they said that the wrong fluid was put in which led to my transmission slipping leaving my car barely drivable. I then brought all of the verified documentation back to this place and spoke with the assistant manager. She came off as helpful at first saying she'd call corporate but then tried telling me that they made NO MISTAKE When CLEARLY jaguar the official dealership which I had to pay $300+ for a diagnostic tested the fluid they put in and told me it wasn't the correct fluid and that's why my car is messed up. So now I am left with a car that can barely accelerate all because they put the wrong fluid in. Mind you I had all of the DOCUMENTS proving that they put the wrong fluid in from the dealership itself yet they refuse to take accountability. Following that, I have called customer service and made a claim. They said that someone higher up would give me a call and NO ONE has for WEEKS! I've called back 3-4 times now and I get the same response "our manager isn't in or won't answer the phone"...
Read moreI've been a regular customer of Valvoline Instant Oil Change for some time and have generally been very satisfied with their service. About 95% of my visits have been perfect, with quick, efficient oil changes and friendly staff.
However, during my most recent visit, I encountered an issue. After the oil change, I noticed that oil hadn't been properly cleaned up underneath my car, leading to stains on my driveway. This was quite frustrating, but I was pleased to find that Valvoline is committed to making it right. When I reported the problem, their team was very responsive and immediately offered to address the issue.

Read moreThis should be simple and a certain 4 or 5 stars right? It is just an oil change(mostly). First time at this location because of good experience at another one in town. So why not, can't be bad. How much time does it take, or how difficult can it be, to do little things correctly? I know they want to upsell, (it is a brand new vehicle on it's 2nd oil change)but don't bother if you can't put things back the way they were. The 4 air filter case clips were all left unclipped, and unsecured. It took me seconds to do all 4. Yes all 4 were left open. The tire valve caps were all left loose. This is either lazy, or careless or both. I just hope the guys working in the bay aren't like their coworkers on top....
