UPDATE/DECEMBER '22: I'd like to add two more outstanding employees to my review: BRITTANY AND JAKE. They are all incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional! Brittany has made a special effort to check on some deliveries I had made to the store, and each time she made my day with her positive attitude and excellent listening skills. I always enjoy going to this business because I know I will be helped by a great team. Every employee I've interacted has been friendly, helpful, efficient, and professional.
All of them also have great personalities for working with the public. I must mention two employees in particular, although I don't know the names of several other wonderful employees who have helped me in the past, and I plan to find out their names for a future review. First, there is Amy, who is absolutely astounding and a gem! She is incredibly patient, hardworking, and she wants to do whatever she can to help each and every customer. Amy makes me feel taken care of as a loyal customer. Asia is also excellent and patient, helpful, and warm! Read more04-27-24 I went with my wife to drop over $400 dollars of women's clothes to return to amazon. When she came out she was mad as hell because the girl inside didn't want to help her. She told my wife to use the kiosk instead. then another man came in who this UPS girl was all over trying to help him but ignoring my wife when she asked if she could get these items scanned and shipped off. This UPS girl apparently threatened my wife with calling the police and banning her from the store because my wife brought it to her attention that she was being very rude. My wife asked to speak with the manager and this dummy claimed she was the manager and said her family was SVPD and she was going to call the cops on her. Long story short I think these employees are stealing, or mishandling the items because I had my items previously disappear when I used the kiosk there and had to dispute it with amazon. Now my wife is having to dispute her returns because they never arrived to amazon. BEWARE don't use the amazon self service kiosk at this UPS, its a scam. And I don't know what's up with this creep of a UPS employee but I hope we don't ever see her there...
Read moreI went into the Scott’s Valley UPS store to have some things printed for my daughters baby shower. The employee told me I would have to send him the files. I asked him several times if he could help me and he kept saying to send him the files. He said it was a liability to touch my iPad and tell me what to do. I told him that I didn’t want him to touch my device and asked him if it was a liability for him to answer my questions. I said the store has always been helpful and the owner has always been nice. Another employee told me that there is a new owner, that he lives in San Jose and that he is real cool. I asked what his name was and he would only tell me his first name. I found the employees to be rude and condescending. At the time I was in the store, there were three employees working and there were no other customers so clearly they were not busy.
