Love the owners, always treated well when they are around. Today? Well that was a very different experience. My wife spends a LOT of money here every week. I get the job of picking it up and bringing it home. That is where this experience went very wrong. Loading staff, that sees me in there EVERY week, asks what I'm there for, I say I'm Bill here for Karen's order. Guy disappears for over 30 min. Then tries to load an order for Gary. Nope, not a Gary. Then a super unhelpful young woman at the counter proceeds to tell me I need to come to the counter for an order that is already paid for hours in advance. There is no consistant procedure here and I think THAT is the real underlying issue. Making regular customers walk around to make sure your people get stuff right is hurting your business. My last three loads where incorrectly loaded despite the loading guys having the document right in front of them. I'm sure good help is hard to find, but bear in mind, so are good customers... Update: I had hoped to actually see meaningful change. The process here is still quite broken. When a GOOD customer calls in, AND pays for an order, the poor SOB who has to pick it up is REQUIRED to park out front, wait at the counter, tell them they are picking up an order, counter person arranges someone to load the vehicle, then Back to parking lot, start the truck pull around to the hay barn. Maybe they get the load right, maybe they don't, then you are expected to go BACK in, get a receipt, go back to the hay barn and leave. THE PROCESS IS SILLY, AND BROKEN....

The aisles are tiny and maze-like with items stacked so high that it makes one feel claustrophobic and I can't help but think that it must be an earthquake risk! I searched for what I needed, got frustrated and went to the counter for assistance, after waiting in line for about 10 minutes, I finally stepped up to the counter, and the cashier stepped away stating, "I'll be back in a minute", she didn't return in a minute, so I left. Not a store I...
